Best Western Hotel Des Voyageurs

Great location. Parking available on site. Good room.

The curtain between the toilet and bedroom. Not sure why there wasn’t a door.

localization, cleaning and very good location

no air conditioning

It is conveniently located. The staff is very polite and positive. There is a big free parking lot in 2 mins distance.

The room is quite small, so it was difficult to open the luggage anywhere other than on the bed.

Very nice location

The hot water kettle was missing, but the staff brought one.

Town centre location, very comfortable and well-appointed with helpful staff.

The hotel had a great location, castle easily reached by foot, great room - very clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast was exactly what you would expect, and fantastically friendly staff - in fact the nicest hotel staff we met during our travels.

Location. Close to all the sights. Our host was very helpful.

The bedroom wasn’t overly big but the bathroom was generous in size.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious and very clean room.

Small but comfortable room. Very central. Very nice and helpful Staff.

Quite a lot of traffic in the morning

The hotel is in the middle of town with restaurants and the castle within easy walking distance.

Parking was in a public lot with no security.

Friendly staff. Central location

Shower/ wet room not good

Perfect location for the town. The hotel was spotless clean, with really helpful staff. Great secure garage parking overnight for our motorcycle.

Unfortunately the floors are very squeaky and we had what sounded like a heard of elephants in the room above keeping us up till late.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, all spoke great English which was very helpful. Bed and room very comfortable had a great nights sleep. Breakfast good.

Central location very friendly staff

Only problem was the shower wasn’t great

Location. Room size. Big screen TV.

No shower/toilet door. No minibar. Noisy parquet floor. Noisy leather couch. Noises from the roof (3rd floor room). No air-conditioning.

Excellent location in town. Very nice staff.

Although parking is mentioned as being available at the hotel, it didn’t seem that it was. There is public parking nearby but, if secure on-site parking it’s important to you, this might not be the ideal choice of hotel.

Beautiful accommodation and the staff were all so happy to help. Short walk from any places we wanted to see and lovely fresh breakfast available.

Nothing it was lovely.

location was very good, the receptionist was good nat speaking english. They were very helpful with directions to the garage parking

Very central and offered parking

No fridge or air conditioning

Excellent rooms, very friendly staff

Parking is off site but a short walk.
