- I stayed at Loganda Lodge on January 23, 2025, and was not impressed. The accommodations were very basic, with small rooms and a noticeable mosquito problem. Cleanliness was questionable, and the lodge is in need of upgrades and extensive maintenance. The bathroom had drainage issues, causing water to flood the floor while showering.It seems to be primarily used by workers who travel long distances for their jobs. On a positive note, the staff did their best to accommodate guests. However, this lodge is only a suitable option if you're in a bind and have no other place to stay for the night.
- At the time of our visit, February 24th 2025 there was no food or bar at the Lodge. There is a small but nice cafe very close by and a Steers unfortunately, both of these were closed when we wanted our evening meal.Limited take away food was available from garage shop opposite the Lodge.

Everything broken. Aircons not working in Many rooms . Wifi not working all weekend. One Beverage- tea only - one towel- no soap handling utensils and and and .... keys messed up

A very friendly and helpful clerk helped us get our luggage up to the room.
The shower is a spray head in the bath behind a curtain.

No coffee cups in the room. Balcony furniture needs a little attention. Beds were a bit hard for my liking.
I read the reviews and was disturbed however it was the only accommodation available. I travelled with my team and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable. He staff were extremely helpful, the parking was safe.
The TV did not work and electric blankets in the Karoo in winter are a must have.
We did not have breakfast.
