Albergo Cantiani

Hotel is a small establishment within walking distance of the train station and city sites of Ancona. The room was reasonably large and clean with a small balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast service was good. Staff friendly.

No fridge in room. No tea or coffee making facilities. Surrounding area is a bit grotty but ok to walk around at night.

Kind and helpful staff.Street parking is available near the hotel, and it's paid parking.The Wifi is good (20-50 mbps), with a stable connection.

Room 302, the mirror light was automatically switched off, while needing it. The base of the toilet paper needs fixing, as the paper falls off. The outside tents need cleaning as pollution has changed their color.

Super friendly & helpful staff (especially Luca, who also provided recommendations on restaurants & sights to check out specific to my travel style), the place was quiet and chill

Parking gate no key for guest even reception was there they not pay attention to car whos come and go need to get out in car and tell them pls open gate. When we arrived tell us we open for you as we see in Cctv cars come and go but in 3 days stay same scenario as always

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection and proper Italian coffee and orange juice! Staff were friendly and spoke good English, helped us when our room key didn’t work initially and solved the problem quickly. Close to the train station for transport.

The lift was very loud and we heard it bang each time it was used. It could be a little noisy at night with people in other rooms, it wasn’t very noise proof,

Fairly close to train station. Clean with comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. Staff was welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Lobby bar was great and they make a great coffee!

That there were no taxis ir uber to get around. Not many restsurants within walking distance . The shower ran cold and no pressure. Wi fi turned off right on check out time no leway

The typical Italian breakfast was delicious and inclusive. The best were the croissant and the capuccino. The stuff was so kind and helpful.The parking was very comfortable.

The neighbourhood was full with migrants. Even tough it looked like safe but feels miserable especially after 9 pm.

Nice place to stay overnight on a journey to the south of Italy, certainly when you want something more than just a hotel near the highway. Very good quality-price relation, very friendly staff, they explained where to have dinner, what we could visit,…

Breakfast is enough but rather limited, but for the total price you pay, it’s satisfying. For dinner we needed help of the staff to find an appropriate place. The albergo is not in the city centre or in a touristic neighbourhood, help of someone who knows the neighbourhood is welcome.

A fairly long walk into the city centre or beach.

The staff were gracious, helpful and fun to interact with. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be a little off the beaten track. It was still easy to catch a bus to the city area of Ancona.
