Really nice staff and rooms clean. Location is very central but quiet at the same time

Rooms are not well isolated, you can easily hear noises coming from other rooms or outside

Had to stay overnight waiting for the ferry. Small hotel in decent neighbourhood. Driving through the city to the hotel was a nightmare (but that's not on the hotel). I had a very small room, very clean, Ok for one or two nights. The personnel was exceptionally helpful & friendly. Breakfast quit OK, not overwhelming. Would stay again if I knew the city better in order to reach the hotel more easily.

The location is very convenient; it's right in the city centre and only a few steps from the bus stop. The breakfast was good too, not with great variety, but it had good savoury options.

I had an extremely bad spring mattress, probably the worst mattress I have ever slept on. The spring coils were old and of bad quality — they were poking my back all night that I couldn't sleep at all, and then I woke up feeling back pain. There was no topper or anything, just a very thin layer covering the spring coils. How could any hotel use this mattress for their guests?! The bathroom looked good, but it was just impractically designed. There was a bidet, but I couldn't use it because there was a wall covering one side of it!

This hotel is was an economical choice for a 1-night stay, offering air conditioning and breakfast.

The single room I reserved was very narrow and cramped. Very little space to put my luggage. Next time, I would reserve a larger room.

A+++ very clean, comfortable & easily accessible from train.

Only sign I saw was on the door to the lobby.

Central location. Room has everything you need, comfortable beds, AC, WiFi. Good breakfast.

Traffic noise from street outside

Spent too much time trying to make sense of the room lights. Finally asked the front desk who said it’s a very common problem. The trick is to put your card into a wall slot. This is not obvious. Maybe tell the guests as they check in!

Decent choice for breakfast - both Italian and continental food; nice atmosphere; friendly stuff; very good location with convenient connection by bus to numerous places in the city

room was very compact so the bathroom - should be be larger. Poor noise isolation of the windows so every single car in the street is audiable in the morning

The breakfast were great! The hotel stuff really helpful and smiling. Hotel is situated centrally in the city and the bus station. The room was spacious and the beds comfy. I also liked the bathroom cosmetics!

A bit dirty walls which didnt bother us much but it could be easily painted.

The bathroom had a glass door and the shower was practically in the room… but that was not such a big problem.
