lovely old world charm. a bit noisy, but, the location is across the train station, one must expect a bit of noise, this is not in the control of the hotel. everything was wonderful

Surprised by an upgrade! Room service meal was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast good but could have a few veggie options.

Great location close to the Ancona port, good daily breakfast, and INCREDIBLE staff. I unexpectedly needed an X-Ray for a telemedicine appointment and the staff found me a facility and doctor that same day!

Nice location, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was awesome, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

What went well? Everything ! The room was spacious, beautifully and tastefully furbished, pure luxury ! It made one want to stay in the room and relax all day. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, very professional, and the breakfast buffet was varied and suited to all tastes and preferences. Honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer!

We were somewhat surprised by the very small size of the garage -- luckily we had requested to reserve a space when we booked. Oh, and as an aside : we much appreciated the free minibar and beverages and fruit, but it would have been nice to have 2 wineglasses as well, to enjoy the wine "in style"!

From arrival to departure. Staff were very welcoming. Room exceptionally clean. Breakfast was super delicious. Ps and minibar is complimentary who offers that nowadays!

The staff were excellent and spoke English. Room was very comfortable and the window gave the room cool breezes. Air con was not on in the season we were there. Magnificent breakfast was offered

Beautiful hotel with grandiose decor. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend their in-house restaurant for their great meals and wines.

Great service, staff was very pleasant and useful. They had no problem letting us eat in the room as the dog was not accepted at the restaurant.

The restaurant has the weekly closure and there is no all day food service. It can be difficult with small children.

Location is always important to me when on a tight schedule as we were this property was ideal to get around the entire town to visit all the sights. It's never happened before that the reception staff have told me that everything in mini bar is free of charge for my/our personal use, you can imagine our surprise when we were told this. The breakfast was of very high quality and choice of food, also with great barista coffee offered.

The breakfast staff were very uninterested in being present and we really felt this unfortunately.

Water in shower was Luke warm. Staff adjusted but still was sub par

A fabulous hotel, well worth every dollar. The owner has a vineyard and the wine on offer is inexpensive and excellent. The room was big and comfortable beds, great bathroom.The breakfast was buffet and you could order eggs done to your liking. The restaurant was fantastic great service food and wine and great value Worth the extra money to stay in a excellent hotel.
