Very nice old fashioned hotel. Large room and bathroom Bathroom has it's own water heater system.
Room has not had fridge. Hotel is not the city centre side of the station so you have to walk slot to reach it. Air conditioning was pretty loud

A simple, well-run independent hotel with A/C, a good breakfast, and attentive staff. A bit away from the port, it’s in a neighborhood that is a pleasant 15-min walk from the train station. Nearby restaurant served good homemade food in a neighborhood atmosphere.

Staff was very helpful and kind and friendly.
Neighbourhood is very poor and run down. Looks not so friendly in the evening, but it is better by daylight. But very close to bus station from where everything is easily reachable.
Had a cheap parking nearby, breakfast was ok, comfortable beds.
Our room was next to the elevator and dining hall, hence very noisy.
