Hotel Masini

The location is perfect. The reception is very helpful. It is clean and comfortable.

There shohld be a plug by the bed, the hair drier and shower part need to be updated.

The place is very quiet and the location excellent virtually in the centre of town close to restaurants shops monuments and a wonderful park. Less then 20 min walking from train station. A bit dated but it is very clean. There is somebody at the front desk 24/7 and they are all very friendly.

The room was large and clean and I love the hotel's location. It was at the centre, and around the hotel there were many places I could eat. I also had a balcony that saw the tower, I liked the view.

I think the price is a little much, I wanted to extend my trip and talked with the stuff, they told me that since they are crowded, the price get high, so I payed the high price but when I checked on booking, it was cheaper.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of the town. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, near the central square and all the museums.

1.Rooms are outdated2. The personnel promised to provide me with an iron and have not. They have only one iron at the hotel!!!3. It’s expensive for what you get.

Location

AC is only turned on by administrator, and it was broken for the whole hotel until we started complaining, then it magically got fixed. Instead of bed sheets, we only had one bed cover. At least we had two pillows

Kindness of staff, location, clean room and bathroom. The room furniture was renovated some years ago, still acceptable.

Room key was difficult to open the door. The hotel is old and, in spite of some renovation, it needs a deeper thought from the owner. No breakfast available.

Very central location in Forlí ideal for San Domenico, restaurants, shops etc

Appallingly rude unhelpful staff (one member only). Refused to help when our car was blocked in after parking it where they told us to park. We had to call the police. Not easy with limited Italian!

The place in the city

The design of the rooms (the head of the bed just a few centimeters from the outside door of the room, the colors, and the smell (seems that previous travelers were smoking in the room). The refrigerator was not working.

Central

Very very basic and uncomfortable bed and a little noisy

Very good room with a lot os space, tv, desk, well-equiped toilet. Also, very good location.

No breakfast was included and it was a bit expensive for what it was offered.

The hotel is located in the very center which is quite convenient. My room was of a good size and had a balcony. The staff were friendly.

The design of the room is outdated, the hairdryer is quite old. It was a bit cold.

No facilities. It is described as a hotel but is just a clean uncomfortable bed and bathroom.

Located very centrally. Could not be better. Brilliant bakery next door for breakfast

Difficult as is not reachable by car. The decor is tired.

Room good and staff friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent but do make sure you book for restaurants on a Friday or Saturday night. it isn't a tourist hotspot so there isn't a lot of choice

Only down side was no breakfast in the hotel. It isn't convenient to have to go to a bar in the street and try and find somewhere to sit . If this were to continue it could not be called a four star hotel.

I paid £160 for an executive room ( with terrace ) for two nights, without breakfast.A 25 min walk from the station, the hotel is in a great location, within one minute walk of the main piazza ( Aurelio Saffi ) and the duomo.Staff were friendly enough but I found that reception was not always staffed.Clean and tidy room, and ensuite with good amenities. I liked the addition ( at no extra cost )of a bowl of fruit, together with tea/coffee.Overall, fair VFM.

A view of rooftops and distant hills from the terrace was ok...... but the upkeep of the terrace left a bit to be desired. The literature in the room showed all nicely painted, with rattan table and chairs... but the reality was sadly different.

The location is excellent. One of the reception staff (a female) was very helpful.

The reception staff initially used the wrong credit card number when my family tried to check in. It was difficult and embarrassing. I had to call internationally to discover that they used the wrong number. Fortunately, the woman on the call spoke enough English to be able to correct their error. During the stay, my family could not control the air conditioner. The room became unbearably hot. Reception staff advised that they could not allow control or adjust the temperature. This was very upsetting and severely impacted the stay at Masini.
