The staff were very pleasant and it was close to the motorway

We were led to believe the a la carte restaurant was open but it was closed because a party was there and we were instead offered a sub standard meal (that was our only choice). Very disappointing because one of the reasons we had booked was because of the restaurant!

Clean room and good location for us to see our friends in Forli. Easy to find out way here and very good service from the staff.

Staff were super friendly. Especially the waiter, Mario. Clean and comfortable hotel. Communal and sociable reception area. Accommodated us well and even provided a kettle for the room.

Kids couldn’t use the pool, even with an adult present!You have to be 16 years old.

Excellent location if you travel by car. Comfortable parking, very professional staff, nice and clean room, good dinner at the hotel restaurant. I like the interior design of the hotel too.

wearing the masks and closing all the hotel facilities sounds a bit overreacting. but I can’t judge if it comes as a decision of the hotel or the government. anyways - it’s strange the AC in the room wasn’t good. it reduced the room temperature bi 1 degree only within 12 hours….

dreadful air conditioning in the room- despite telling reception it wasn’t working!no information on the room at all- did not even know how to ring reception as all information is now digitalneed to reduce the use of plastic- plastic cups for drinks in the room, tiny plastic tubes of shower gel etc no longer needed

The hotel is in an excellent location, just by the main road connecting it to the town of Imola & Bologna. The hotel staff was super friendly, the rooms were big & the beds super comfy.

The breakfast food was good, but very limited choices compared to other hotels in similar price ranges.

no control over room temperature! it was too hot, the ventilation is definitely something they need to improve on, and also the air conditioning.

Good location near the motorway, with a couple of garages nearby which allowed us to fill-up with non-motorway priced petrol. Breakfast offered a very good choice of food and drinks
