Executive Hotel

Bathroom is not on level for hotel with 4 stars. Also showertub is dirty in corners. When you sit on toilet you can not access toilet paper because location of paper is off. There is no towel racks in bathroom. Ventilation is not working in bathroom. Clima is rattling on speed 1. Windows do not isolate outside noise good enough.

The location is fantastic for us. We use to visit the area and it is easy access from the A14 Autostrada, great parking (free), but walking distance into the town centre. Breakfast is excellent with brilliant staff. Rooms are great, large and well appointed. We have used this hotel previously and will definitely use again. Thank you to all the staff who make this an enjoyable experience.

Accessible for town centre and to location of my meeting

Drying my hair in the morning and stood under the ceiling airvent, and a bug (cochroach size) dropped out of the vent and landed on my stomach. Pillows were very hard, so not a great nights sleep

There is plenty of parking space

Breakfast itself was good but very noisy with poor acoustics Lack of a restaurant is quite significant in poor weather

very far from the centre

Lovely hotel brillianty situated for town centre. Nice breakfast but our small dog wasn't allowed in breakfast room with us whereas most establishments in Italy, including restaurants and bars allow them. Internet fast but can be tricky to get working on my laptop, no issues with other devices so may just be my laptop. Nice underground parking with lots of space. Overall would reccomend.

Spacious room and bathroom, quiet place, great breakfast.

The city center was a short walk from the hotel and there were restaurants and a grocery store close-by. The room was thoroughly cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The wi-fi was not reliable and would often disconnect while working on my laptop. If you need a reliable connection and do not have another method (hotspot, etc) I would not recommend this location.

Since 2020 this hotel is my first choice in Forli :) I really enjoy hotel, available parking, walking distance to city centre, brekfast and great stuff! :)

Great breakfast and servers! Reception staff were helpful, except for a night attendant. The room was fairly nice. The location was convenient with access to services and stores.

A reception attendant was very unhelpful, when I called to make a welfare check on my family. They were unexpectedly very late, and I could not reach them. I was calling from America. The attendant was rude and hung up on me, for multiple calls. This was expensive and unacceptable!

The breakfast was a very good mix between an english and continental breakfast.

The television set was losing the memory and each time you switch it off. Therefore had to call the staff to reprograme it several times!

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel is very dated, the bathrooms are dirty, the beds and mattress very uncomfortable, there is an unpleasant smell in the rooms and bathrooms and the facilities very old. I checked many rooms in order to change but they were all the same.

Friendly staff, good location with parking. Excellent value for money

My room was extremely hot as it had a very large south facing window and the air conditioning had been turned off for the hotel. The staff did sort the problem though.
