The staff went out of their way to help with breakfast, directions, restaurant recommendations, and room serviceWe were very pleased with the in-room service, the location and the way they helped us knowing we did not speakthe language very wellWe felt safe and secure in the Hotel

The weather did not cooperate too much, but all in all we had a great time

No elevator, no help with luggage, parking far from the "hotel", WIFI slower than passenger pigeons.

Back in the days this facility would be under the category "pensione," not "hotel."Two stars only because they offer good breakfast, otherwise it is the usual bait and switch so common in Italy. Private parking at hotel: NO. They have maybe 3-4 spots in a courtyard otherwise you have to take the car somewhere else and walk back.I told them THEY would have to drive my car to lot so they relented and made available one spot in the courtyard. Surprise surprise the other cars there were two Benz and one BMW. I was driving a low cost rental and clearly that wasn't up to snuff. I pushed and they gave in.WIFI: connection is faster with a passenger pigeon. Absolutely maddening, ONE BAR (or 'wave' on the icon.) Even google maps was a royal pain the behind. I could not load my usual business websites, nor stuff like NYT, WaPo, AX, FedEx etc. NO ELEVATOR to reach the 3rd floor (American numeration) and they do not offer to bring up the bags for you. My traveling companion had two hips replaced recently and it was no picnic. I had to go up and down 3 times at arrival and 3 times at check out (we are on a extended vacation and we travel heavy).The "hotel" is located in an area without services half a mile from the central square, where there is absolutely nothing open. Forli, as far as I am concerned is a useless town. If it didn't exist nobody would notice.

We had a large double bed but it wasn’t very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. The staff was really helpful with any questions we had and it was easy to get into town from the hotel.

The hotel room was extremely hot so we had a difficult time sleeping. We turned off the heat but it didn't help. It was great having a reserved parking lot for hotel guests but it is a bit far from the hotel so it would be difficult to manage if you have a lot of luggage.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Within a few minutes walk from central Forlì. Has access to good restaurants meters away. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again!

Room is quiet and cozy. I really loved the location of the hotel, just 10 to 15 mins walk from the city center.

Stayed in newly renovated room with kitchen. Clean and comfortable, nice location and kind staff.

The Lory is a bit of a hike from the train station, and a bit away from the center square and shopping, etc. but it was not a bad location. The staff was very good and especially attentive at breakfast, which was adequate. If we return to the city we will likely stay at the Lory again.

Attention to detail could have been better. The main room lighting had a broken piece that made it so it was poorly directed, it looked like an easy repair, and another light did not work.

Receptionist/middle aged lady was awsome and super helpful.Hotel is in perfect location,rooms are very nice,bed was very comfy for sleeping.Very good for this price,I raccomend it.

The breakfast was delicious and very fresh. The baked goods must have come from a local bakery and were just made. We stayed at the hotel to accommodate 4 people and used it as our home base to visit Faenza and the International Ceramics Museum. I recommend both: the hotel and the museum. It was good to stay in Forlì because Faenza is a University town and seemed more crowded. The Hotel Lory was convenient to both the surrounding area and also had many amenities in the town of Forlì itself such as great dining that was walkable once parked. The hotel also had a great secure parking lot which is a huge amenity in Italy.

Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The room was clean and had all of the comforts we wanted. Access to their parking lot made our stay that much more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and super convenient.

Hotel Lory had everything we needed for a short stay in Forli. It was fantastic value for money - very clean and modern with a typical Italian breakfast available. We arrived by train from Bologna and it's around a 30 minute walk from the station (less than 10 by taxi). Air con was great, small fridge and safe in the room, and large bathroom.

The rooms were very clean and nicely equipped. The location was good and for us coming with the car, well connected to the highway. The host is very friendly and does ber best to make your stay comfortable. Staff is friendly too.

Nice hotel, looks like it had a renovation recently. Chose the location to be able to go to Mirabilandia, which is a 30 min drive. It worked just fine.

Air conditioning did work but didn't have configuration options.Breakfast could improve.

The AC worked really well. The windows faced a quiet courtyard. Everything was extremely clean and sparkling. Two bottles of water as a compliment was a nice touch. The receptionist was friendly and booked an airport shuttle for us and called us when the taxi came.

The bottom of the shower was leaking a bit
