basic facilities

i couldn't figure out what exactly made this hotel qualify for 4* except the entourage - just basic facilities an hour distance from sevilla. for comparable price real 4* hotels are available in sevilla.

Great welcome and immediately called us inside with our bicycle out of the rain. Then found somewhere to keep it overnight. Lovely room and very clean.

Room was extremely warm with no air conditioning just blow air cooling. We had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the restaurant and kitchen went on for hours. Breakfast was limited and the eggs etc looked like they had been there a while.

Evening restaurant had good food. Service was also good. Parking was available at a charge and was secure.

Breakfast was poor selection of food items, some not good enough for a 4 star hotel?Bedroom had no outlook, window onto an internal service vent.

Room was clean and good size. Facilities were good and breakfast buffet was ample.

Smoke alarm with double flashing red LED lights directly above the bed. Who in their right mind thinks that is a prescription for a good nights sleep and rest?

Very Nice country hotel, clean, comfortable and functional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were great and hotel has a restaurant which has a wide menu and good cuisine

Spotlessly clean, uncluttered and appeared to be recently renovated. Gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful.

No kettle, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Great location and nice hotel. Very poor breakfast offer and checkin staff was not friendly.

Very warm, welcoming and helpful staff at the reception, who went beyond her means to try and accommodate for us.

The choice for breakfast was rather limited. Rooms were quite basic.

Location and parking was good. The room was large with a comfortable bed, clean and tidy. There was a seating area in the room.

Strong smell of cigarettes on first entering the room.Breakfast was average.

Excellent restaurant and helpful staff - just a pity that it doesn’t open before 9.00 pm but that’s Spain for you .

Not a great room , rather small and poky with a view of the fire escape ! Slightly off hand reception staff. Slow to check me in.. Car parking now chargeable ( has been free on my previous visits )

Great room.comfy bed and quiet

Fabulous building, staff were lovely superb restaurant on site.

For us, the mattress was too hard. Perhaps personal preference but would not stop us going back.

rather gloomy room - impossible to read a book in bed with the bedside light on . Also I wish they would open the restaurant before 9.00 pm !

The staff were very good. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Easy to find. Free Wi-Fi was reliable. Would stay there again.

We could not get any food in the evening until 9pm which is too late for us. Even a snack would have been good but not possible.

we have stayed here before. it has a nice connection to the community, with meeting rooms, a formal dining room, bar and tapas cafe. it may not be iconic but it feels as if it is!

A nice old-fashioned hotel, but with good facilities and spotlessly clean. The reserved parking was excellent, necessary, and worth every Euro of the very reasonable cost. The reception staff were professional, friendly and well-informed, even to the extent of calling up a Google map of directions to a local bird-watching site.

I'd have appreciated more choice and quantity at breakfast, even though I'm quite happy with Continental. Ordering dinner via a QR was confusing for a not very IT savvy old man, but I was rescued by the waiting staff and management.

The old style character of the hotel is very attractive. The restaurant food was excellent.

Location was on too busy a street for us because it is in the centre of the city

Just off the motorway a short drive from Seville, so a good stopover after a late flight or to catch an early one.The secure private parking (£5.00 per day) was a godsend, it's a very busy town with big parking problems. Air-conditioning in room was good.

Breakfast (£7.00 extra) was poor value, I just got coffee and toast (not even marmalade) and no offer of anything else. My Spanish is not good enough to complain.Be aware it's a busy town with much street noise, in case you're not happy with that.
