main bed was a bit small.

Amazing views of lighthouse and shore. Easy walk to beach. Beautiful home! We were upgraded and it was great! Everything we could possibly need! Owner was very helpful with our late arrival! Should have planned to stay longer.

It was very close to the beach and had beautiful views of the sea and the lighthouse.

Great location, with an outstanding view. The room isn't large but the facilities are excellent, convenient, with possibility to cook. Perfect for the night, with a good mattress, a table to eat inside and outside, place to park the car. It is cozy, cute, enchanting. A house of happiness. A poetic atmosphere that reminded us the movie "Betty Blue".

Location, beach, view , staff, accomodation and facilities were all great. Even the weather was to order.

Old shed behind accomodation banged in the wind disturbing sleep one night.

What a beautiful spot, the fish n chips were beautiful. stunning views and walks. offered us an upgrade and it was just beautiful.

The cleanness of the motel unit and the view!

We found that the shower was a challenge not to get everything else wet in the bathroom area. We were afraid we might slip over on the wet floor. Could not a enclosed shower replace the current 'open' shower area? We be a very welcome addition to your property.

Castlepoint is such a beautiful place! Our wee bungalow had everything that we needed.

Oddly there were NOT tea and coffee provided. The bedding were ordinary, and you have to pay for that.

Overall ExperienceWe had an excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and found both the staff and the accommodation to be excellent. The facilities were comfortable and offered ample space.

As a wheelchair user, I found the bungalow (motel 3) fully accessible, especially the bathroom with its non-slip floor and convenient grab rail by the toilet. The shower bench was very helpful, though adding a grab rail in the shower would make it easier to get up unassisted.

Once we got our room sorted, we enjoyed having a unit with lovely views, close to the beach. The rooms were warm and comfortable. The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful.

Booking through Booking.com seemed easy, but misleading. We had to make contact with the complex direct, to get our room sorted.

The layout and the location.

If we were going to pick anything would be maybe the lack of bench space for the size of the property but otherwise was great.

Fantastic place to stay. View of the lighthouse, short walk to get a coffee, beach just across the road. Perfect.

Castlepoint is a special destination and our accommodation took full advantage of the view. It was reassuring to find that the heating was more than adequate.
