Simple hotel clean and ok Breakfast

Not able able to do changes for the booking, price paid is high for that period of the year because the room was Tiny

stayed at the hotel over a night on our way to Barcelona from Nice( France).Breakfast was satisfying.Market and gas station are next to the hotel.Staff was very helpful and polite.Thanks

Pros:-Cleanliness-Friendly and cheerful staff;-Supermarket nearby.

Cons:-It is difficult to get to the city center from here as you are changing 2 transports;-Despite I booked room for 3, we had only 2 towels for first 2 days;-Poor quality breakfast with low variety;

Comfortable and clean. We arrived much later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances and I was communicating with the staff via the booking.com chat- they were very responsive.

Excellent.We usually stop here to take a break for our driving, get a shower and continue. It is perfect for us.Really kind staff.Nice breakfast.Spacious private parking underground and very secure.In front of the hotel there is a supermarket that closes quite late in case something is needed.

It is a bit far from the highway. But it is not a problem for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the overall experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained.Check-in was smooth, handled efficiently by the night shift receptionist. In the morning, Elodie at the front desk was both sympathetic and efficient, ensuring everything was taken care of with a warm and professional approach.The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, making for a pleasant start to the day.Overall, a good stay with attentive service.

Very clean place and the stuff were very friendly. The breakfast was convenient enough with small extra. We enjoyed our stay. Very good value. The location is not closed to downtown of Montpellier. But with a car, it’s easy to get around. There is free parking in the facility. There is a supermarket very closed by walking distance.

Not too much to say

Easy location and you can park your car on the parking in front from the supermarket. They also have private parking but paying. Rooms are new and clean. Bathroom with nice walk in shower. The supermarket in front is open 24/7 which is handy. The hotel has also pizza at what hour you want. All rooms have airco. Breakfast is simple but good.

Nothing actually

- good price - modern - friendly and helpful staff - bed was comfy- underground secure parking for 5€

- could have more pillows on bed, only get one - the colour scheme of the room was yellow and blue which was a bit strange

Close to hospital

Not ideal for person in wheelchair: no parking on site until you've checked in (we parked on supermarket parking), you have to pull to open 2 doors in order to get in, no wheelchair accessible parking in garage. Luckily we were 2. But from point of view of wheelchair bound person travelling solo, not ideal at all.

We were very disappointed with the Location as we thought there would be restaurants or bars close but were told there was nothing

A hotel that takes the freedom to save the customers' banking details and arbitrarily charge any amount "for security purposes" - their security, of course, not the customers'. This abuse is not tolerable in my view, I am a decent customer that has paid for the accommodation in advance and to not want to be subject to this treatment.

Location and the breakfast were OK, the parking was paid but spacious.

Very small room and shower, beds were not comfortable.

- Super nice staff! ?- Very very clean, including under the bed and on top of furniture, very unusual.- Fantastic underground safe garage with big spaces and SUPER cheap at 5€ per vehicle and day- Very comfortable room with a good TV and great quality soundproof window and door. Very good bathroom as well with plenty hot water and good pressure. Room heating and AC as well!- Big elevator with direct access to the garage, also you can go straight to the street through a door downstairs that skips reception, something i really liked.- Fantastic dining room at reception and a nice patio outside with chairs and tables

- No fridge on the room ?- The towels are standard hotel ones that dry AND exfoliate you. It's up to you to decide if that's a pro or a con ?

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good location. I had a very good sleep. Very quiet room on the third level. The air conditioning was not noisy, and works perfectly. Room was bright and airy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The towels in the bathroom did not include a hand towel. I wished the was another kind of curtain other than the blinds that only fully blacks out the whole room, or opens to reveal yourself outside. It doesn't do much for privacy, while having some natural light in the room. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!
