Campanile PRIME - Montpellier Centre St Roch

location was exceptional, next to the train station and near several tram stations and supermarkets. lots of restaurants near by. the best thing was the staff. they were amiable and when we requested anything they were fast to accommodate/help. they was always someone in the reception.

we had to request soap, toilet paper, towels several times but would like to point out that they were delivered promptly. also, the desk in the room was broken. we stayed for 5 nights so would have like to have the bedsheets changed at least once not just the bed made up. also, no mini fridge in the room. this should be a given now.

Very close to the train station. Rooms are clean and look modern. Short distance walking to the city center

nice Hotel

they charge a secure deposit to my credit card for the stay, and when I leave they told me that they will refund it to my credit card the next day, that was a week and a half ago and there is not a refund

Amazing location, clean room, accommodating and friendly staff

The window is covered with a metallic structure so the room would remain dark. It did not matter for me since I was out during the day but I would not like to hang out in the room all day long otherwise.

Great location next to the train station and not a far walk from the center. Great breakfast.

The rooms could use some updating. The carpet wasn't very clean.

Location, clean and comfortable bed

Standard travelers hotel close to the station

No WIFI

Great location being close to the train station (very soundproof) and the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Helpful reception desk. Strong WiFi.

The hotel is very well located. Very close to the train station and to the city-center.The receptionists are very nice.

The room is small. The bed is not comfortable at all. Same for the pillows. There is no garbage can in the room, only in the toilet. There is no tissues in the room. There is no fridge. The breakfast is below average !

Clean, pleasant tourist hotel, one of the better ones among the Campanile hotels I stayed in. Next to the St. Roch train station and an easy walk to the historical centre of Montpellier

The staff are very friendly the location is excellent

Small room

Convenient, great location close to the train station, modern and clean. Very helpful staff. Best breakfast ever for a hotel!

The bar and terrace.I arrived a couple of hours before check in at 4pm so went to the bar to relax. The receptionist took the time to find me to tell me my room was ready (before the check in time!)

The location was great. The included breakfast was good. The connected hotel has a nice outdoor bar where I enjoyed some great live music.

Ugly old stained carpet in the hallway and the room. Uncomfortable lumpy mattress and itchy low quality linens

Nice location near train station and nice Japanese restaurant.

No drinking water in room.

Good central Location. Bright, airy feel. Interesting leaflets & objects on display.Breakfast/brunch of superb quality & variety eg scrambled egg & smoked salmon, breads of great quality, choice of real looseleaf tea.Breakfast/dining area very well laid out with choice of low tables w comfortable chairs or more formal, with open air, plants & relaxed vibe.

Rooms could be a little more spacious ie no room to do my yoga! I guess you cant have all the features ai wd want for a bargain rate!

This is a perfect hotel room when you are looking for: no fuzz, cheap, good location, functional. You just need a clean room and a clean bed to sleep in. I, who don't like to sleep on a stiff bed slept very well. The bed was medium to hard, and comfortable. The closet is of an open design which I like a lot, must be more hygienic. Wifi worked well and there is a small desk for work. USB-outlet by one of the beds. The room lacks most usual toilettries, but there was soap and, surprisingly luxurious towels in the bathroom (a bonus). There is a kettle and a few tea bags and instant coffee of good quality. I found the staff to be very helpful and nice. Several spoke good English which was a plus for me as my French is almost non-existing. I did not have the breakfast. Another convenience is that there is a Taxi station around the corner.

The toilet was brown at the bottom which looked like old dirt. I did tell the staff about it so hopefully they can clean it a bit better. The room lacks space to place your suitcase, so being two in the room would be very tight with normal sized suitcase.

Good location decent room with wet room bathroom - decent breakfast

Could do with some bedside shelves or cabinets for phones etc

Great location, nice breakfast, comfortable room, great shower!

Everything was great

Great location, can walk to city center and place de la Comedie in a few minutes. Parking at the train station near by.
