Campanile PRIME - Montpellier Est Le Millenaire

We chose this hotel because it was close to the highway and had a fenced parking lot. It was still close enough to reach the city center by public transport in a reasonable time. Overall very good choice for an overnight stay.

Close to airport, prices are reasonable and there is enough parking.

The toilet wash sink was cracked and felt unsafe. There was one opening in the sink that would leak water on the floor. Then, the shower was broken and I asked them to fix it but they didn't, and then one day the toilet flush did not have any water and I again talked to the recipient who said they wouldl fix it but they did not and I had to fix it myself. Breakfast is pretty basic. As a person eating only halal food, my options in breakfast were very limited.

When we went to our room it had not been cleaned. We advise the staff but had wait until they checked the room We were given another room but the AC did not work adequately so needed to use a very noisefan all night. We asked about another room but were told the AC is the same in most of the rooms

Easy to reach from the motorway, rooms accessible from outside stairways, brings a little bit of American Motel flair ;)

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, and one can sit outside on a terrace in nice weather. Location convenient to an industrial park with a number of companies. Wifi worked fine, even in a room at the very end of a corridor.

The rooms would benefit from an update: carpeting needs changing and the shower was not great. Motel style with outdoor corridors. A/C could be more effective, though it was reasonably adequate.

I liked the kindness of the staff, and the comfort. I could work in quietness, and leave around midday.

The dinner could have been better cooked, and less expensive. The TV didn't work.

Basic room Noisy

Unfortunately the biggest disappointment, also considering not convenient and noisy location, is that the personel is cheating customers. We booked with a card, amount of hotel was blocked. After we paid for the room but blocks on the amount was kept. While checking out I asked why do you block amount if we paid and when will it be released? The receptionist said they unblock it immediately but bank may keep. This is cheating because I called my serving bank and they explained that hotel keeps customers' money, use them to deposit and earn. This really make inconvenient when you're traveling and need to pay for the next hotel but your money are blocked! I find it unfair.

The proximity to the interstate.

The pictures did not resemble the room at all. The carpet is stained, the breakfast was only fair.

Clean, convenient, handy location, room was well laid out and the staff were friendly and courteous.

Security wasn’t great- we had a homeless gentleman sat outside our room on one of the evenings we came back…Also, as the risk of sounding rude, the food was terrible. The hot food at breakfast was often empty and the selection of cold meats, bread and cereals was very limited.

Very noisy, it is not soundproofed at all. The room looked very old,that carpet,though vacuumed, had years and years of dirt and needed a big wash.

Good breakfast and close to the highway and beach (12 minutes drive)

Everything else , ‘sad or snobby ‘ staff, small LOUD/NOISY rooms, scary corridors and lift areas, torn and old baby cot mattress

they take €150 out your bank as a deposit before your stay for any damage you might cause but it isn’t stated anywhere before you book only got told about 3 days before stay
