Rooms smelled like urine. We complained but the front desk said they came up and didn't smell anything. This hotel is 2 star at best. The shower was tiny and old. We had to keep the window open all night to keep smell out, but it was too noisy..

Not good for a 4 star hotel. Mercure is much better

A good hotel, pet-friendly. The breakfast is not very varied, but tasty.The staff are friendly and helpful.I forgot the charger for my watch, and the staff found it upon my request and kept it for me. On my return trip, I was able to pick it up.

The renovation is not the most recent, but it is fine.

There was not much variety for the breakfast.We had a family room, the sofa bed was dirty.

Had pool. Perfect location- I Antigone area so great to see the actitecture and 5 mins walk to tram into Place Comèdie 10 mins.

Could have done with cutlery in room and plates or bowls. As had microwave but no where to put cooker food.

Lovely big room, very smart and clean. It was for 2 adults and a teen. The pool was good, not huge, but it quietened down enough to swim. Breakfast good. Staff excellent, super friendly and helpful. Close to tram stop for centre and St Roch station.

Needed a bit more from the air conditioning as it was hot outside.

Quoted price on Booking.com & previously confirmed room for 3 adults, but charged an extra 150€ upon check-in

Our suite was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was well-lit and spacious - it was great to have tissues (not in every hotel!), quality shampoo and soap products and a good hairdryer - the shower was good and easy to control.We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre of Montpellier - easy!The staff were all welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful.

If we hadn’t read in other reviews that it’s necessary to bring your own plates and cutlery, etc, to use in the (very nice) kitchenette it would have made the area almost useless and also frustrating to have had to go out to buy even just paper plates. Perhaps the hotel could have a system whereby basic items like plates, cutlery, dishcloth etc could be loaned with maybe a returnable deposit when the items are returned at the end of a stay? Or, it should be stated on the hotel website that these items are not supplied.

The room/suite was huge, super comfortable and well designed. Could (should) have stayed the whole week.

The place was spotless, very friendly staff, the room was great and breakfast was exactly how it should have been, can't recommend it enough and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the city.

Good location, plenty of restaurants nearby. We booked a suite, so it was very spacious.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and modern. Very comfortable beds and a good shower. Excellent service through out. Short walk into the city. Nice area outside to sit and relax by the swimming pool. About 300 yards behind hotel there is a selection of restaurants which were also very good

The underground car park is extremely tight if in a big car and also costs €12 a night to park

The room was massive, I stayed in a Suite and it was like a small studio apartment. It was well decorated and had a microwave, fridge and coffee machine which was a surprise given how affordable it was. It is well located a short walk to all the sights and attractions and the staff were always happy to assist and provide recommendations for restaurants and answer any questions.

The room had a small of cigarette which was very strong when I first entered the room but I did open all the windows and this slow got better. It is not the fault of the hotel at all but it wasn't a pleasant first impression.

The room was very big and perfect for my family. We were three people.

Although the toilet seemed to be clean, we saw 2 small cockroaches. The hotel is ok but I would expect more for a 4stars hotel

The Breakfast Was Incredible! It had sweet and salty options, American style or french style or german style options. The person was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is also a lounge area to chat while the kids play board games. And the gym is decent.

The room smelled like cigarette. But the personnel tried everything they could to help us with the situation.

We loved everything about the property. The location was very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the major attractions. The room was very clean and boasted great amenities.
