The location of the hotel is great - very easy to walk to centre and lots of restaurants aroundThe bed was very comfy (though I found the pillow a little too high)Kettle in room (though have to ask for teabags)Excellent value for money

The parking is directly off a very busy road, so tricky to negotiate

Everything was very nice and clean, the check in process was super easy and fast. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Good location near to the center and to a big shopping mall, in a newer part of the town.The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and will solve anything within minutes.

We were 2, but we received just one set of towels at first. Also, the toilet is a poor made improvisation, it smells awful and is very tiny.Also, the cleaning was not properly made, you could see dust in a lot of places and the towels were not very clean.

Breakfast was lovely. Room was very small but we went for a budget room so it was as expected. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. We will return.

The location was good and a short walk from the centre.

The bathroom - dirty looking mould on the tiles and the broken trim round the bath, a broken stopper chain, plus a very badly stained toilet below the water line. Breakfast was below average. On day two the bread supply ran out and wasn't replenished. The breakfast was looked after by a pleasant young man but as a food handler his very long hair needed to be tied back.Staffing was an area of concern. No one on reception looked like a professional hotel employee. They all looked like students manning the place part time.

Clean, nice staff who allowed us to park the car before the check in times. The parking is covered and big so no tight manoeuvres. 10 minute walk to the city centre. 24 hour reception, and they open the garage door from the reception.

Only outlets for charging on one side of the bed. Parking is a bit expensive but worth it to leave the car safe.

The breakfast is extremely good!! The location is good as well, especially when you want to arrive with the car!

The private parking was full, but luckily we could park in front of the hotel for free until 9 am

Great location close to tram and only a 10min walk into old town and close to motorway to get to the beach in 15min. Parking was handy, we didn’t have the breakfast so can’t say much about it.Staff was nice and welcoming. We had an issue with the shower pressure in our original room so we’re moved to a different room very quickly and it was a bit bigger which was certainly a plus.

The location of the hotel, 15min walking from the hotel. It has many shops and restaurants nearby. The possibility to park the car in the hotel for 15€ is really convenient, as parking the car outside is more expensive. The size of the room was good. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Asked a quiet room and got it. Not a room facing the noisy street.Just a 17-minute walk from the train station

The price of breakfast in addition to the room is a bit expensive so I didn't take it
