Good location outside of the city in a quite area

There was no even a bottle of drinking water. Poor facilities.

Cleanliness, warm welcome, warm and comfortable room.

There was nothing we didn't like. It would have been convenient and more economical overall to have restaurant facilities in-house but I booked I it knowing that there were none in the evening, so no complaints whatsoever.

The location was good as we were travelling except for the roadworks which caused problems.For the cost the room was small but had the facilities needed TV no English programmes. Wi-Fi free and good.bed comfortable . Had a lift.The buffet breakfast was of a good standard with eggs and bacon, plus good selection as for aContinental breakfast. Car parking facilities good .

The room is small, but the bed is very comfortable.

It would be even better if the room had a kettle.

Unfortunately MAJOR roadworks outside property made access very difficult with wheelie luggage and public transport to and from severely disrupted and redirected

Alles. You get an information that there is a huge constraction till September 2024 after you make a fixed booking without a termination option. It was almost imposible to find the entrance of hotel after 3 rounds about 4 km. The coffee machine was not working but took 15 Eur (3 x 5 € ) from my card eithout any service. The location was totally out of center although i was looking to stay in center. Toom and bed was ok, and the breakfast wasn‘t rich but ok.

Only one towel for too people (the reception was close when we arraived).The door to the car park didn't work (had to walk across a muddy lawn with our bags around the building to the front door).The coffee machine charged money but did not give coffee.

The staff was friendly especially the plumber guy that fixed our sink fast and professionally and communicated with us in English.

Connecting to the WiFi was a pain. You should do it every 2-4hours and the form is big for such algorithm and when you should work all day have the stable access to the Internet it becomes a problem. Also some facilities in the room need renovation.

I'ts the worst experience that i lived the last years. Their have a method so complicated with codes, nobody can help you. Definitly i don't recommend this "hotel". Workers are so nasty.

Location, access, room

Self check in was good. Check in as from 14h. Not too far from city centre by car. No noise even though there were street works. Parking available.

Broken down Car with broken Window and damaged on parking. Door from from parking to hotel couldnt be accessed because broken. Toilet flush broken .Coffee vending machine broken and Girls answered that I had to contact the company to claim money back. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. No kettle in room.

Comfy beds, we enjoy the B&B line hotels. They're affordable and good :)

This specific one was quite noisy, so we couldn't sleep well during the night

Too many codes. Reservation number, pin. Leave the car outside, go to checkin machine, enter code, get another code and room number code. Paper slips omg. Get out to enter code to open parking gate. Park. Code. Why don't pay online and send the one code in advance to rule them all?

The location is not near the center of Montpellier, but you can enjoy walking if you like it... :) Room was very clean and comfortable. I brought my hair dryer with me - so, did not have any problems. Breakfast was good. Staff is very helpful.

I found it a bit stressful such a fully digitized check-in - maybe because of the first time dealing with it... But there are instructions provided - and you can also call a human being in case of smth. unclear... :)

Clean rooms with comfy bed. No disgusting feeling in the room, as it can usually happen with such class of the hotels. Just ok for one night stay.

- to small- no hairdryer- not enough towels- ac was only on one side of the bed- no water in a room- noise isolation is very poor

Hard to find anything positive... The mattress was comfortable and the parking lot was spacious.

Everything was really bad. The code I received from Booking.com didn’t work to open the gate. I arrived at night, luckily another guest helped me get inside because there was no reception at the hotel. None of the Booking.com codes worked for check-in. I was brushed off three times by the helpdesk, which you can connect to from the lobby. Eventually, I waited a total of 30 minutes to get the room key – first at the gate, then in the lobby. The room smelled so bad that I had to keep the window open all night. The smell was everywhere – the floor, the curtains, and unfortunately, even the pillows. It was a nightmare.
