Location and staff.

Good location in a quiet area, close from the train station and to the city centre

Far from charming as a place. The shower not being separated by any door from the rest of the room makes the place a bit humid...

Conveniently located and the fact that it is a non-smoking establishment made it feel less cheap. A kettle was provided.

The room was very small with a window facing an inner wall, so basically no natural light. The room did not look like the pictures. Bathroom very small but manageable.

Easy to find from the train station . Clean , functional but basic rooms .

Access to upper floors was in a tiny elevator.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room cleaned well every day. The location is very good, and it was peaceful at night.

The room was very small and basic for 2 people, and the bathroom door barely closed. There was a kettle but no cups or tea and no iron.

Very close to the main square and all its activities. Easy to reach from the airport on the local bus and tram, costing only €3.

Rooms were tiny, in need of a major overhaul. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 11.45pm. The front desk closed at midnight so I don’t know what would have happened if we were delayed any longer.

good location in the pedestrian zone

GPS car routing don't work well in Montpellier, lots of one-way streets that apparently changed directionality over time. For us it was not straightforward to tind the entry to the pedestrian zone, but once we walked there and talked to the staff they helped out very nicely to get our car in.

Really friendly woman at the desk! She helped us with our bags, and let us store our bikes. We were so grateful. The room was cool and clean, and comfortable. We didn't get a balcony room, which looked really nice, but you have to pay more for that. All in all, we were satisfied. Good value for money!

The room was very small, without a fridge and the breakfast was rather disappointing. A closed and dark room in which we were given some packed butter and cheese. The receptionist brought a basket with bread and a yougurt.

I needed a room as I had missed my connecting train and couldnt reach my destination that day. The Mistral was conveniently located, quiet, clean and had everything that I needed

The receptionists were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Also the location, really close to the train station and close to the center, made it the perfect choice.

The streets leading to the hotel were extremely dirty. Also some guests were really loud when coming back at night. But for none of that is the hotel to blame. So I would definitely recommend it.
