Room was comfortable, location very convenient, Polygone Mall accessible. Breakfast was excellent and reception were very helpful. Water provided in the room.

A small bar fridge would be nice and just a change in the smell of the cleaning products, there was a slightly unpleasant chemical smell.

Good location, comfortable rooms.

Restaurant and bar were closed, no drinks served.

No parking available check in. And roads around the hotel are tricky to navigate.

The check in process was very long, despite there being 5 people only one could use a computer. We were given a room that smelt like lynx deoderant and was over a tram line. The air conditioning did not work and could only be used for heating despite one of the particulars of this hotel being they have air conditioning. We asked to change rooms, this led to about 20 mins of administrative gaffing about. New room was good but the sink was blocked, had to get someone to look at this. Another 40 minutes. After about an hour and a half we could go out. Other things that were not great, manager would go for a smoke right at the hotel door often right next to where non smoking guests were sitting outside. Gym requires a card permission to be added this did then not work and my husband had to run around after this. In the gym no air conditioning and the window did not open so he nearly fainted after his workout due to it being so hot. Outdoor area surrounded by weeds and rubbish and could really use a clean up. Downstairs bar was closed despite 20 people sitting in reception. Were sent to level one to use bathrooms which were dirty with no loo roll. I would get a full new group of staff.

The hotel is execptional, centrum..all new..and the best now they have gym..i love this hotel!

This Hotel was a big surprise, it felt very welcoing and the rooms were simple but very comfortable, the Restaurant was a huge surprise and we enjoyed a really nice dinner there. Breakfast too was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate staying at this hotel again. It was also very close to Montpellier Centre. Highly recommeneded

There is nothing I didn't like

Good location close to Comédie square and the old town and the station. Clean room, small gym, all amenities you need.

It was quite confusing finding the hotel by foot from the station.

I had a good stay at this centrally located hotel, easily accessible after a brief orientation and a few stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at the reception and in the breakfast area. While the restaurant’s opening hours might vary during the week (evenings), I appreciated the options nearby.Rooms near the driveway or smoking area may experience more noise if sensible, but the good windows effectively block out disturbances at night. Overall, the hotel was clean and inviting, though I did miss some cozy amenities like body lotion. A great choice for a relaxed stay!

The proximity of the hotel to all the sights and shops/bars/restaurants was very convenient and at the same time was remarkably quiet during the night. The car park was useful though there is a charge for it.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The location is pretty good in terms of its distance to the old quarter; it's a little tricky to find for newcomers walking from the main railway station though

Given that there was still some construction work going on inside the hotel, I'm amazed there was no heads up before booking and / or no discount was offered. The price felt quite high for the quality of the room at the best of times, but with drilling and banging going on we were pretty annoyed that they still charged so much

AC was down for 3 days during my stay and there was no room cleaning on the weekend I stayed there.
