I liked the breakfast, the buffet had a lot to choose.

there was a cockroach in the bathroom

Room was small and the hallway was smelly

They had a nice bar.

This hotel was simply ok. Not terrible. Not great. Just a place to sleep.

Clean, welcoming personnel, nice big room. Very good breakfast with many options.

Gym was under reconstruction :(

Nothing went well as the overall experience was incredibly poor.

1. Urine stains on the loo door2. Dirty carpets throughout the room and corridor3. Paper cups, no glasses, 1 breakfast tea bag, 2 towels, a wooden stirrer, no plug in the bath, shower head broken4. room wasn't cleaned on the first day5. very hot and smelly

Breakfast was not bad

Very poor quality hotel & serviceIn the room the option to regulate the temeptute is turned off and in November when it is 15 degrees outside the hotel explains 25 degrees in the room by running the central heating. As a result, the room is hot, it is impossible to relax, or to sleep.Carpet, curtains are stained and wall corners are full of dust.In addition, the gym is very poorly equipped and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which the booking does not inform about. There is also no information anywhere about the renovation and the constant noise.Horrible experience, the stuff is not helpful at all.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Nuxe products were a nice touch. Practical parking.

Besides the lobby, the rest of the hotel needs major updating. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a terrible smell in the hallway. Thankfully we couldn’t smell it in the room. The decor definitely needs to be refreshed/ repainted. And bathroom rooms updated.

The personal of the hotel was just very very nice and available, polite and kind all of them. Always nice to me and always have a very nice to everyone.

The climatisation didn't work, one desk was need it to the room, the fridge not cold enough, the bath tube did not have cork to close it, the small in the corridor, the lamps can not be moved

The breakfast was very nice; the staff is amazing. The family room we had was quite spacious. Great location too, with secure parking for the car.

The hotel is a bit worn down and there was no room service to order food for the kids.

The foyer was nice but facilities left a lot to be desired toilet did not flash in our room and we had to be moved to another bedroom even though we had already unpacked

We had to move ourselves no one offered to help out They charged us for a deposit of £84.62 for extra’s which we did not have and they still have not refunded although I have been I touch with them They also charged us for the room and only when I complained did they refund this money but I am still waiting for £84.61 can you please help meThank you

A very tired room which also smelt of cigarettes.

Good sized room with two comfy chairs. Good sized comfortable bed. Separate toilet speeds things up in the morningStaff were very welcoming

The room at 25c was too warm. The temperature controls were barely effective lowest setting made very little difference down to 24c next morning.

Simple hotel that met expectations. Bit limited on facilities. Great position near restaurants and centre of town. Trams outside hotel

Staff were fabulous. Warm welcome, couldn’t do enough. They get a 10/10Room was clean and comfortable….but the whole hotel was just a little tired. Dynamic management team are apparently new so watch this space.
