The well maintained, quaint & Historic facility.

The parking was insufficient / full & not available & the Resturant Facility was closed & unavailable.

Clean and good sized room. Great service, staff very helpful and friendly. Spa facilities are an added bonus. Handy location although not in the most charming part of town on the doorstep. Very short walk to great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and more picturesque streets. Hotel is very clean and stylish. Well maintained.

Driving, entrance via the parking was very confusing and when in the gallery shopping centre I could not find the hotel entrance - very poorly indicated and when asking in stores people had no idea where the hotel was. Then on leaving the hotel in the evening on foot and heading into the centre of town I found myself under the overpasses and passing a group of homeless people - so sad - I understood after that I needed to be above the overpasses not under! Coming back was just as confusing! Ended up going back down into the parking and through the black door that looks like a service entrance. In the room, the bins had not been emptied from the previous occupant - it was very late so I didn’t complain - but I slept on the top of the bed - concerned that perhaps the room had not been cleaned at all. Finally I left behind a green pair or pants and a green top hanging in the wardrobe and asked a few days later through the website if perhaps these items had been found and did not get any response.

My stay was excellent. The front desk staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was especially impressed by their honesty and care - I forgot some important belongings after check-out, and they immediately contacted me, arranged international shipping to my next destination, and kept me updated until I received everything safely. Their professionalism and communication were outstanding. I truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

Staff were very friendly, and reception were excellent with Alice as stand-out representative. Room was good, breakfast was good.

Lovely room and large comfortable bed plus a bath. Enjoyed the pool and location of the restaurant on the roof terrace . Great city views. Ease of parking at the hotel ( in the adjacent parking mall) and walking into Montpellier old town. Breakfast very good and we enjoyed dinner.

We were given a lovely room on the 7th floor but it was a little noisy above us at night. We go to bed early ! 8th floor has the pool, bar, restaurant & maybe the kitchen ? Perhaps we were underneath the kitchen ? Quiet otherwise for a city centre hotel.Also at breakfast they seemed to be short staffed as every day there was a shortage of bowls, plates, coffee cups (and coffee grounds needing emptied) milk etc. It was a pity because it was a good quality breakfast and wonderful roof terrace to enjoy it.

This hotel is particularly well located for anyone arriving by car, as it is just outside the old city and provides parking space (I would discourage anyone from trying to drive in the old city centre). There is also a swimming pool on the top floor, in case you need to cool off on the hot summer days, and a small spa. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. However, the best thing about the hotel are its staff, who are all young professionals eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible: they took care of our car, booked a restaurant for us and provided all the assistance we could wish for!

Arriving by car can be an adventure: make sure to find the hotel lobby on Google maps or any other app, head straight there and let the valet do the rest, otherwise you will end up driving around in circles or having to negotiate the car park of the huge shopping centre next door (which is what we did, but the hotel staff still managed to fix that for us). Perhaps the hotel could consider using clearer signs to guide drivers, or sending a set of instructions to people arriving by car. Also, the bedrooms could use a makeover.

Location, rooms were clean

Air conditioning was set by management to be at a maximum of 23 degrees Celsius, even when it was as 38 degrees Celsius outside. I would try to set it to 20 degrees and it would automatically change to 23 degrees. It was very hot for me at night and my 6 month baby was uncomfortable.
