The location is very good.

The room was too small for what it costed, so much so that to be able to close open the window one has to climb over the double size bed.Plenty of dust behind the TV monitorThe ceiling looked unfinished: needs filling up a few holes and clean up.

Really handy for the station and good value. Friendly staff.

Should have realised from the pictures that the room was tiny. We are senior interrailers, and the bar was packed and noisy when we arrived. We were warned in the messages but should have gone for a bigger room on a higher floor!

It was very close to St Roch station.The staff were lovely.

The restaurant was closed, the lift wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor, the bathroom smelled bad, the room was tiny, without a wardrobe.There was a little soap, towels and toilet paper. The atmosphere in the room was hot and sweaty and cold all at once

The staff was very helpful.

The walls are not soundproofed well enough. We were here on a karaoke night and we could hear all the singing and cheering up in our room.

The front desk ‘supervisors’—a woman one day and a man the next—were not only rude to customers but also to their own colleagues! Shameful.

I booked a room but...

I booked a room but when I get there I was told that I booked a bed in dormitory for the ladies. And the rooms cost fare more. It was late and I was tired from long trip so I just slept in a dormitory bed. That was a scam 100%

hotel rooms were great ! The location was perfect, offering a modern and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable.

Good value hotel. The price/quality ratio is just right. I wouldn’t pay more than I did but at the level I did it was correct. The location is great and the staff are very welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet (I had a room on the fourth floor facing the inner garden)

The towels aren’t great and the soap isn’t good but otherwise I’m pleased.

I had a private room. The bed and linen were good. The view was nice. The staff were very accommodating. It was very quiet.

It is 9 kms from the centre. The room was not very clean. There was no kettle in the room.,

Excellent location. Manager Matthieu was very helpful in sorting a room issue! I stayed there on two separate occasions notwithstanding the fact of the very small and basic rooms because it is so convenient to trains, restaurants and The center of town.

Afternoon check in staff when i booked in needs training (morning staff when I dropped my bag were fine). Growing habit of seeking a deposit in case you smoke or damage irritating, especialky without advance query. Room very much a student hall bedroom, small cramped and mine was poorly dedigned corner room

The location : opp train station and a few units away from a police post/stationStaff was responsive, attentive and helpful.

Space is a bit tight for the room we got for 4 pax.

Location was amazing with close proximity to all the Tramways of the city.

The hotel does not have any hair dryer. I did not like to pay 4 Euro to keep our baggage if we are early for Check in or check out. I paid 8 Euro which is not cool. I was told for early check in it was free but it was charged from my card.
