ibis Montpellier Sud

Nothing. This hotel is terrible

Tiny rooms. No air conditioning in summer. No elevator. Slow internet. Cramped parking. Felt like staying in the 7 dwarves sauna.

The location near to the main road South and near to shops is excellent,Breakfast is good

The wine list is very limited .. 3 white and 3 red … no Picppul at present

Just off the motorway to continue next trip

Although some renovations look to have taken place the rest of the hotel looked tired in need of a total facelift.Restaurant was disappointing

This Ibis is better than last year. New doors and carpet. Quick check-in. Clean. Microwave in the lobby .

Clean sheets and bathroom. Perfect air-conditioned room temperature. Inviting lobby with cold, infused water; separate water fountain. Very good (optional) breakfast for €14.99 p.p. Perfect location even for people without a car (tram stop "Garcia Lorca" is conveniently located just 200m away).

Hallway to the room on the 2nd floor had a putrid smell. Rooms cleaned well only at places that matter, but there were stains at the wall, for example.

Breakfast

Room. Restaurant closed. Bar manager rude. Other staff extremely pleasant and polite.

Delicious breakfast, big variety

Bathroom was a bit dated, needs refurbishment

Very comfortable Perhaps better selection of food for the eveningMaybe offer something gluten free

Nothing for me in particular to eat in the evening. We arrived later than anticipated

Comfortable bed and ,a good shower.

Soap containers set far too high in bathroom. I had a job to reach them. The signposting in the carpark was not at all clear and we went in the wrong direction to the front door, making it a painful walk for me as I have mobility issues.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the guy in charge of the restaurant. Great to have a good restaurant and bar on site as it was pouring with rain. The hotel looks to have been recently refurbished and it's got a great vibe.

Nothing. For a budget hotel this one has everything we wanted.

Secure parking Friendly staff

Dinner in the restaurant. Not the best breakfast either

Ok room, the staff was nice and breakfast was good so 8 of 10

It's an ibis with free parking near the tram and shopping.

The staff were brilliant and breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The location for our needs was the best. We ate in the restaurant twice and both meals were incredible the bar staff and people on the reception were very helpful.

The room was a little bit too small, extremely hot even after turning off the heating and fan, the only way to cool it down was to open the window. The shower water pressure was a bit low and the shower head wouldn’t stay up right.

The hotel was good

The staff on the Wednesday and Thursday of our stay were very unfriendly and the service very poor
