Location! Across the Sant Roche train station. Great little hotel, modern, clean, comfortable. 5 minutes walk to City Center and many dining options within walking distance.

The room was clean and modern, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the wake-up calls.

No free parking very frustrating driving to this hotel really not convenient with a car disappointing.

Nice bed linen and bathroom, easy to check in and check out, perfect for a night transition.

Good location

The foyer is poor .Our room 405 is very small , tiny window , claustrophobic and very noisy as the ventilation shafts are outside and even with a double window you are aware of it . Lastly we had a car and you can’t drive along the street of the hotel and have to park over 500 m away and carry your luggage to the hotel .

The fridge didn't work, we advised the staff and they said they would send someone to fix it but could only send someone when our baby was sleeping so it was never fixed. The carpeted floor was wet from a leak through a window left open. The breakfast was quite meh.

Great hotel, of course super convenient. Montpellier is well oriented around the station so we found this more than suitable for our whole stay, and was certainly appreciated early morning when we left. Everything was very nice. Good room, good facilities, and a good price.

Light sleepers might not enjoy the location and thin windows. We ended up with the handicap room which was perhaps good for a wheelchair user (though frankly I cannot imagine how given the size) but that meant the shower was extremely annoying and bathroom in general was impractical for a traditionally able bodied individual. So if you got that room I would immediately suggest asking for a different one (plus that's more fair for someone with reduced mobility who maybe could benefit from it).

First was the friendly staff, very clean and nice hotel.

Location is convenient - right across from the train station, parking is available a short walk away. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are very modern and comfortable.

I booked this hotel to be close to the train station. It sits across the street from Gare Saint Roch. Mission accomplished. Room was very spacious, however dark, overlooking a small courtyard. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with shower. Hotel seems quiet. Staff is helpful.

The carpet in my room has seen better days and needs a thorough cleaning.

The location is very convenient being close to the train station and the city. The bed was comfortable and room well appointed.

The design of the shower is a little poor as water spreads throughout the bathroom when showering.

We needed to catch an early train from St Roch, so this hotel was ideal for that. As a bonus, it was close to some lovely streets with great restaurants. The hotel room was able to sleep our family of four adults (parents and grown up children) in relative comfort and was excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and all facilities seemed absolutely fine.

The elevator was broken at the time of our stay, and the stairs are steep, which was a little disappointing and made getting our luggage to and from our room a real slog. I was a bit surprised the staff member didn't offer to help, but perhaps he was the only one on duty and wasn't allowed to leave his desk.

Very helpful and efficient staff. We arrived too early to check in and left our bags. When we returned we found the lift was out of order, but our bags had been taken up to our room for us saving us a struggle! The room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. It's just across the road from Gare St Roch rail station and a tram goes direct to the TGV station from around the corner. Breakfast is excellent. It's our second stay and we'll be back, I hope.

Reception staff very lazy and unprofessional. Never smiled or greeted us. Looked like he wished he was elsewhere. Breakfast was a bit sparce was hot food was cold. Bathroom a disaster.
