Nice pool. Great breakfast buffet. Good restaurant.

Specially the stuff in the reception and specially at the breakfast. They were extremely nice with my daughter that was having a bad morning . They look for all the possibilities to make her happy, and we really appreciate it. We are coming back 100% sure!

Fantastic service. We came late in the evening. Everything was ready. Check-in took like less than 5 minutes. Afterwards we had a great dinner in a restaurant. Waitress was excellent. She advised us on the french cuisine perfectly. Very comfortable very big bed :))) And great parking place. Lot of space.

The only thing we didn't like was a little bit of mould on the surface under the shower.

It was bright modern and nice design. Also they had a pleasant outdoor area. Water stations around the hotel. Our kids got a little teddy bear as a gift which they loved.Our room was spacious, bed very comfortable and. Also the sofa bed was good quality. The location was also good if you decide not to stay in the centre, you can easily take the tram and I’m about 15min you are there.Private easy parking.

Good swimming pool, clean and comfortable rooms Nice breakfasts, super location for getting the trams to the city centre and the busses to the beach Super that pool towels are provided.

Bar staff could be friendlier, umbrellas blew over and apart in the wind over, could injury someone quite easily.Pool cues need chalk to be provided and to have both in better condition.

The key cards and room number were wrong so we had to check-in twice. There was a sleeping couch in the room but nothing was prepared for our kids to sleep on it. Toilet paper had run out when we entered the room, no toilet brush in the room. We asked if an EV charging station could be reserved for our stay, four days in advance, which was denied as not possible. Only to see on the day we left that this was done for several other guests of the hotel. Overall not a good experience. We won't be going there again.

After a long journey from the Netherlands, we were welcomed wonderfully at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and as a group of four, we truly enjoyed a delicious breakfast together. On our next trip down south, we will definitely return—and we highly recommend this hotel to others as well.

- Pool is nice- Go for dinner to the beach clubs ‘Carre Plage’ or ‘Bonaventure’ in the village ‘Palavas Les Flots’

- Photo’s online are 10x times nicer then reality- The hotel is just renovated but is still a very old and dirty smelling building (thought we stopped at the wrong building but this was the hotel)- Room: mirrors too low, can’t stand straight under the shower (1,90m tall) and most importantly very poor beds- Breakfast very poor quality (presented as “all you can eat breakfast” by the reception, not the way to create enthusiasm)- Our stay was only for 1 night as travel stopover hotel but won’t go back

The pool is very nice and the restaurant area is very nicely put together. The breakfast is very rich!

The corridors and the smell of mould as soon as you get into the room areas, including the rooms. Humidity in the bathroom, the towel is always damp. The gym has probably been equipped by someone who knows very little about gym equipment. Even though very stylish, very unpractical.

Noise during the night. Banging doors inside woke me at 03.30 and outside from around 05.00.

Comfortable & spacious room, nice breakfast. They were flexible enough to start breakfast daily @ 5:30 AM instead of 6 AM to suit our schedule.

Nothing much, but location isn’t great (no special views and not lots of walking distance stores or restaurants; a private car is very useful). Value for money is average as well; a bit pricey.
