Very well located to town and the High ways. Ideal for our needs on this trip.

Reasonable sized apartment with a desk so I could work comfortably. Lebanese restaurant was very good value.

Beds are comfortable. The morning breakfast staff & groundskeeping staff were really friendly & helpful. The balconies are nice (but can smell others smoking weed). The breakfast selection is really well-chosen & fresh & ample.

You are not allowed to ask housekeeping for a roll of toilet paper or exchange dirty towels for a clean one! You MUST go down to the front desk to get any of these items. PLUS, you must take out your own trash walk it to the bins down the street at end of your stay (and again, you have to ask at front desk for a trash bag because they are not supplied in the room). The room cleaning was not that great — example, there was hair under the bathroom sink, next to bed frame, etc. just the “main” space was actually cleaned.The location is not so easy on foot if you have children. During the day ok, but at night we had to take a taxi back because the roads cross a very fast expressway intersection/not fully paved walk area plus some of the people hanging outside.

The staff was discrete, yet present and helping whenever needed. Accommodating our schedule, which was a bit ectic sometimes.

Unfortunately the outdoor swimming pool was already closed for the season. We had to ask the reception to go to the fitness. If all guests have access to it, perhaps could we link the unlocking of the door with the room key?

Spacious room, nice & clean, comfortable bed, nice buffet breakfast available, friendly staff. Also, next door there is an amazing Lebanese restaurant that I highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, the staff were super nice, spoke english well. They have a garage so you could keep your car safe. Laundry service is also available.

No toiletries, used toilet rolls, AC not working, bed bugs, curtains didn’t meet and were see through, no bar or restaurant open. No ice available. No trolly for luggage. No safe for valuables. Quite simply the worst room ever. Please update your website! Still mentioned COVID

Simple and does the trick for a short stay if you’re in late and out early. King size bed was great also.

Cleanliness needs to be worked on as well as modernizing the equipment, especially the bathroom.

Spacious and clean rooms. Male reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great Lebanese restaurant attached to restaurant.

No bar. Location to metro and hence Montpellier central. Ugly exterior.

Rest of the room was clean. It was ok for a one night stay or family vacation on a budget

Nice Spacious rooms, all with balcony. You have a fridge, microwave and washing machine as well as some plates.

Water pressure for the shower and sink were quite poor. The drainage was also a bit behind. A lot of dust buildup in the sliding doors of the closet. Boiler in closet loves making dripping noises.

The price-to-quality ratio is excellent; you receive everything you need for a fair price. The hotel boasts an authentic Lebanese restaurant, which is a delightful addition. The neighborhood is charming, situated close to a motorway yet nestled on a quiet street. Surrounded by lush greenery, the area features interesting modern architectural landmarks, alongside vineyards with parks and castles.

Everything was fine.

Very spacious room, bath tub, sauna available, great breakfast, lovely staff member at reception (Elliot).

Just way too far away from central Montpellier. The walk to the tram through a busy commercial/industrial area with few options for eating out or any shops, nearly did my head in!

there was no water in the room, no extra blanket (I have asked for one and they gave me an extra duvet)

It was just a place to stay over night.

The fact that we pay for the care park and there is no mention that there is free parking in front of the hotel.
