Close to the train station, grocery store, old town. Good breakfast, friendly staff, large rooms. Many pillows.

I liked the location. It was close to the tram station and the main square. Wonderful location.

The staff at the front were fine, but not overly hospitable but they were fine.

The hotel claims to have parking. When asked for a parking spot, we got told an average family car doesn't fit at the parking spot. As it was the main reason to choose this particular hotel, i am VERY disappointed and can only say that it did not meet our expectations.

Great location and the staff was very pleasant, felt very family run.

We had a couple miscommunication problems. We had sent message on Booking.com that we needed parking but when we arrived they said it was full but they had a discounted rate at a garage, so he gave us a voucher, we drove into the garage, parked our car, there was not an attendant at the ticket booth but you pay on exit so we figured we were fine, turns out you have to park on the top floors of the parking garage. I take full blame for not reading the fine print on the parking voucher, but I think if I were giving someone this voucher I'd make sure they understood, it cost us an extra $30 for one night. Also at check-in, we told him that we would like to have breakfast in the hotel even though we had not booked it at booking.com, his english seemed proficient but when we came down for breakfast, they said we had not booked it, I have no idea what he thought I was saying, but he didn't clarify or make the booking. Not big deal, just a little awkward.

Excellent location in the heart of Montpellier, two minutes walk to the Place de la Comedie. The pre booked parking was so convenient and easy to access - great instructions from the hotel and friendly, efficient staff.

The bathroom needed an update. A small corner bath with no separate shower, and a noisy toilet not properly fixed to the floor, but it was very clean.Please supply NEW PILLOWS, as they were thin and lumpy!

Hotel was independent and unique and in a great location.

Tea/coffee facilities in room would have been nice but not an issue when so close to cafes

Front door locked even late afternoon had to work out how to get in using buzzer for which there is a notice but hidden in a myriad of other notices not clear to a non French speaker exactly what you need to to do,gain access Somewhat surprising for that time of day The room was located on different floor and corridor after exiting the lift

The hotel room was very basic. Haven't seen major renovation for a very long time. But it was clean.

Hotel is efficiently run and communication is good. The location is very good for access to St Roch Station and tram stops. There is a supermarket at the top of the road. The old town is very close by. All major tourist sites can be accessed on foot by a reasonably fit person. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

It was pretty noisy all through the night outside particularly on Friday and Saturday night. Bring ear plugs. Not a thing to dislike the hotel for just a fact of life so close to Comedia.

Quite expensive for a hotel which is a bit tired. The room was very plain and lacking any style. A few modern touches such as new bedding, cushions etc could be added relatively cheaply. A kettle would also be good as the room did have a small fridge.

Lots of stairs and temperature increased as the stairs went up (middle of summer)

well situated 3 min walk from Comédiecharming room under the roofair conditionning was great as it was so hot this summer

many stairs to climb, not easy with a heavy luggage
