- The Restaurant - Food was a disaster .We sent the steaks Back as " overcooked " and what came back was not much better .Noticed at the next table ... same reactions...
- Exiting parking was very problematic, the gate wouldn’t open even after we went back to reception to notify.

Very good
Exiting parking was very problematic, the gate wouldn’t open even after we went back to reception to notify.
Very bad rooms, old fashion and dark room!
Hotel needs to fresh all rooms. Beds are broken, room was dark and from 70 century! Never use Radisson again!
The room was quite spacious for the three of us. The main bed was big and comfortable. My daughter had a sofa bed in the living area. The suite had a nice outdoor deck which would have been nice in summer but it was December so too cold to sit out. The hotel is well appointed and has everything. We had a hire car so needed private parking which the hotel could provide (E17 per day). The included buffet breakfast was quite good. Location is ok; about a 10-15 min walk to the town centre.
The lighting in the main bedroom was very dim. Two bedside lamps is all there was. The small bar fridge was totally ineffective at keeping anything cold. No good if you want to chill a bottle of champagne.
The property location was great and ideal for our trip. We paid for a suite because travelling with dogs.
The communication before check in was terrible. We were travelling with 3 dogs. We received no answer to our questions before arrival. The suite was a good size but very dated and old.
The hotel is nice, the staff were not so friendly. The room was nice, the bed was not comfy, and I actually had very poor sleep at this hotel. Pillows were dire. Breakfast was poor and very badly managed, I had to tell staff food had all gone. They were so long bringing out more, we and other guests just left, I did say it to a young male manager who didn't care.
Beds were poor, pillows poor, pool freezing. Staff poor customer service. Breakfast poor.
The Position and the Carparking were the only good thing from this Hotel.
They seemed to be more interested in saving water and electricity than looking after their customers.the Toilets were water saving throughout the Hotel, so when you used them, you would have to flush 6 times unless you wanted to leave a surprise for the next person. My wife even used the toilets in the Foyer and each one had a gift left for her so she couldn't use them. Also during the night we had to take 19 steps before any lighting would come on, it felt like we were staying in a morgue / Hospital.
Comfy, but small. Nice pool. Plenty local spots if you venture out. Beautiful city to explore.
Quite a hike into old town. Far from station. Most places out of tourist district closed on Mondays.
Location, size of rooms, cleaniness
It would be beneficial if the staff could speak more English
Well located property. Very close walk to Old Town, Railway and restaurants/bars.It’s in a quiet location.Room was very clean and tidy.
Beautiful room. Nice decor. Great staff.
It could be a little more central.
Tasty Dinner menu. Nice dinining and breakfast rooms.
Scrambled eggs ( mostly dry). Good choice of jams/preserves but lack of small dishes to spoon into.Limited english speaking TV channels or subtitles.
Room was clean and had eveything thats expected.Pool area was great. Wedidn't use the restaurant, but it looked nice.
Location was a little bit outside of the main tourist centre, but only a 8 minute walkThe bar wasn't always staffed, so when using the pool etc it was a bit difficult to find someone to purxchase drinks.
It is every day the same food.No fried eggs.
The gym has no machines.Even though TechnoGym is a vey good make, but you have no machines, not even a bench. You should have a look at the Gym of Radisson hotel at St Denis,Reunion Island. They have all which is necessary to have a good workout.
Great location, private parking. Lovely hotel
The hotel seemed very short staffed and they weren’t overly friendly either! Hopefully this was a one off as it’s a great hotel.
Forgettable
Dangerous location - we attempted to walk in to the old town in the evening. After 5 mins we returned to the hotel lots of unscrupulous people were milling about.Breakfast staff were surly and unfriendly
Great location. Room was ok. We didnt take the breakfast option.
When checking out, Staff could have explained that you need to retain the room access card to exit the carpark. A simple question asking whether we have a car in the carpark would have prevented an unecessary situation.
The room was large and comfortable and clean, with towels and gowns included. Breakfast was superb, but a bit chaotic, and understaffed.
The gym equipment needed servicing, especially the elliptical trainer which wasn’t counting calories accurately and the resistance didn’t increase or decrease properly.
The property was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great to be able to hang out by the pool.
The on site restaurant food was disappointing. We ordered the beef and frites. Beef was chewy and not pleasant at all. The frites were soggy.
