Campanile PRIME - Montpellier Ouest Croix D'Argent

A very nice room and very well designed, good shower and comfortable bed.

It was a pity the restaurant was closed, it was Sunday but the staff recommended a restaurant that was 5 minutes away

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Beds comfy. Room lovely size for 3 adults.

Breakfast could have been laid out better and hot food warmer. It all just looked a bit "dumped" rather than presented.

Nothing really

Everything was really bad , reception very bad , sheets not clean , bathroom was falling apart , breakfast and service was overrated , big mistake

It is not a 4...

Nobody was helping at the breakfast bar. The offers was poor and the place was dirty

Excellent location.Helpful staff.Excellent Wi-Fi.Quiet place.Great parking.Excellent value!

One comment. Small fridge in the room could be very beneficial for travellers. There are several places in the room where fridge could be placed.

Location very close to the rugby stadium, nice staff, free parking

Good location close to highway and good parking. Fantastic restaurant.

Guy at the reception was discusting. Walging around with a vinger in his mouth and acting like everything is to much.

Enroute to Spain, located just off motorway. Basic and clean for a one night stay. Secure underground parking, dinner was excellent, sensibly priced and surprisingly good.Perfect stay after a long drive . Room was as described

Reception staff did not say bon jour in the morning.Shower didn’t drain well

It suited us for 2 nights

The price , the pool and yards needed a good clean .nothing around area. Very industrial

Good for the airport. Nice pool. Nice large reception area and friendly staff. We had a family room which was really big.

Not so easy to get into town by public transport

The restaurant was very nice, very good quality and tasty dishes. Close enough to the highway to leave quickly in the morning.

Nice staff, they do whatever is in their power to make the stay comfortable. Hotel is good, we had connecting rooms. It is quite clean, we could judge as we had a baby crawling, could be a bit better.

It was very easy to locate straight off the main road.Very clean . The staff ware friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool too

It is in what appears to be a retail area.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel that is very easy to access from the highway. I also had a delicious dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

Staff super friendly, bathroom with a razor left in the shower and bath rubbish bin not empty, bed uncomfortable.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Montpellier. Small but nice pool, very good restaurant and a comfortable room. Not the biggest but definately good enough for 2 people. A/C kept the room nice and cool too. Free underground parking. Bus to the city centre just a 5 minute walk away.

Very nice and convenient hotel, our room was very spacious but we upgraded to a larger room

It was a shame the restaurant was closed, breakfast was good but the warm food needs to be on demand Our eggs had been cooked earlier and kept warm Better to use small portions so they are fresh

Car park, breakfast, nice and comfortable room and specially receptionist who’s name was alexandre( sorry if I named wrong)The guy with broken leg.makes everything easy good.thanks

The staff was friendly, the hall and reception were ok

The room, the bathroom, the bed were not adequate for a 4 star hotel

Nice and clean room, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location if travelling by car, near the main roads.

Poor breakfast- scrambled eggs were finished and no one toped it up, no vegetables too. Pillows were very small. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
