The staff's friendliness and readiness to help the budget hotel amenities sober yet clean

The technology of the heating/cooling system needs urgent review. It consists of 1 box with separate heating and cooling coils yet with a common air supply. If the room is too hot switching to cooling entails both the hot air outlet and the cold air outlet will continue to work for the next hours. Adaptability is poor, and the inconvenience is substantial.

This budget hotel was perfect on our way from Nice to Barcelone. We had just a need for a one night rest and this is exactly what we got. We had dinner there and the value for money was good with reasonable prices for wines as well. The room was comfortable and quiet. The parking was secured and we felt safe with our car. The breakfast was good. The overall price we paid for a night, breakfasts and parking was very competitive.

Nothing as value for money was good and hotel facility above expectations.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very efficient in responding to my requests via chat, which I greatly appreciated.

I couldn't regulate the room heater during the night. This should be checked by the hotel's technical staff.

The hotel offered an easy and smooth check-in and check-out process, and the service was great overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Considering the price, the stay was great value for money. I also lost my key card during the stay, and the staff replaced it quickly and free of charge, which was much appreciated.

The room was a bit small, and our view faced the highway, which made the air feel somewhat heavy at times. The walk from our room to the exit was quite long, which could be inconvenient, especially with luggage. Parking is available, but if you arrive late, the parking lot may be full even if you have already paid for a parking spot. Fortunately, we were lucky and managed to find a space.There is an elevator, but in the morning it was often occupied by cleaning staff, making it difficult to use at that time. Overall, a solid stay with good comfort and service, though a few logistical aspects could be improved.

The room was confortable and the bathroom nice. All worked well. The breakfast was very complete and perfect to start the day. There is parkkng at the facility.

Great 2-night stay. Comfy beds, super hot shower. Located near tram station and super easy to reach downtown. Very nice breakfast for the value. Free and secured parking.

I liked the location and the rooms were cleaned

I didn't like the way I was treated by the receptionist when she dragged me from the restaurant when I was taking my breakfast beyond the guests by giving an impression that I was not entitled to have it even i paid for my breakfasts foe 3 days. and when I explained to her that I paid when I made my booking with booking. Com. She told me it's nothing to do with us. You have to talk to them..and all that I wanted from you is to pay for your breakfasts if you want to have it. Even i showed her my booking and my breakfast entitlement.

Inexplicably Restaurant is not open on a Friday and Saturday night

We had to book accommodation in the last minute and it was available. It was a very good price for location next to the tram and with a spacious parking lot. It was good for one night, maybe two, if you come only to sleep to the room, which was our case, generally quiet, comfortable bed.

It was a little hot in the room and stuffy, the window can be open only full, no option for semi opening, noise from the highway with window open, there was no hairdryer, the room was quite small for two adults and a big suitcase. The elevator was a little scary and there was some smell in the corridor, the building is probably quite old.

Sleep in your car, in park, everywhere rather than this ibis budget

Everything. It was not hotel. It was a real inn. Even there was no toilet brush. And it becomes funny when they have absolutely nothing in the room, they get 150 euro deposit of damage. Everywhere smells very bad. Even the door was dirty

Hard to find entrance

Location was good. Walking distance to town. The main apartment was clean with lots of power and USB points.

Returning from a day out to find our room card not working only to be told there was no record of our booking was frustrating. No apology was given. When our daughter used the vending machine for sanitary essentials it dispesed a shaving kit. When she showed the receptionist what she wanted she disappeared and could be heard laughing before she returned with a box of condoms (which was not what my daughter wanted). She felt humiliated. The bathroom door doesn't close and is a very strange set up where it blocks the main door. The bathroom ceiling needs cleaning.

The service at the reception, very professional people and very friendly, helpfull.

The room was dirty and the air conditioner very noisy. The Hotel is a pleace where you pay to have a night sleep. Well, it was not possible to sleep at all. This is also not correct since the money, you have to pay in advance. I would have left straight away and seeked for a different accomodation. I have video and pictures to pubblish, disgracefull.

Parking was good and safe, comfy beds, clean apartment. The tram station was close to the hotel.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed in one of the rooms. Breakfast did not meet our expectations, I don't think it was worth our money. AC did not work well in one of the rooms.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the carpark was suffenciently big to accomodate all the cars. Nice bar area for a few beers.

The staff were 10/10 (helpful and friendly). The location was in the vicinity of the seaside, and the old town was accessible by taking one line of Tram line.

The room was small, and dark. The hallwayl was smelly. However, considering the price we paid, I think it was acceptable.
