Perfect location, some staff was friendly

The hotel is located at the right place, city center, quiet area.

The AC does not work during the 'winter period'. In fact, in mid October there was too warm to sleep and you can't do much about it. The pillows are hard. So you can get too little comfort for the night. Better to pay more but take the other option.

Employees were very helpful, great location (in the middle of everything), very clean room.

The rooms are a bit outdated. Bathroom tiles and floor tiles need re-tiling. Hotel has parking but some places are really small and really tight space when leaving the car park

Excellent position for a city visit and easily found using GPS. I was travelling by motorbike and the garage facility kept it dry and secure. Plenty of cafes and bars in the vicinity so lack of provision in hotel not a problem.

Spacious top floor room with nice rooftop balcony. Very centrally located.

In the middle of town, parkings nearby! At first a bit unclear on how to enter as everything is automatically and codes are sent by mail. Very clean and spacious room/bathroom. Excellent location to go wondering in town. Breakfast appears to be in other hotel, two streets away.

There was only one plug for charging devices in the entire room, and the noise from the hallway and the street was very noticeable

Amazing location, very central. Close to the Plaza Mayor and the best restaurants and bars. Clean room, simple and easy check-in (all online!). Great value for money.

The Hotel is good value for money and what you expect for the price range.

No parking available. Had to park somewhere else and pay very expensive prices.But in general this seems to be an issue in Salamanca?And it was very noisy. But not all the Hotel's fault...other people.

A clean basic room. WiFi was good.

Liked the location as it's very central and the staff were very nice and helpful. A short walk to the plaza mayor and beside some good night life but you don't hear it.

Room was very small but sufficient for me as a solo traveller. Location of the car park is very unclear and confusing. Despite having photos I couldn't find it and have to drive into a pedestrian area ? Devise better directions or put a sign up maybe. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep in

We liked the location a lot! Right in the middle of town and around the corner to the Mercado and the main square! Parking was very secure in a closed garage and worth it. We just left all our stuff in the car.

Quite thin walls so you hear people on the corridor and the next door room had a barking dog for 2 days!

The bed was very comfortable

Extremely noisy. Doors slam all night. The shower goes from hot to cold very quickly without touching the control. You can't shower without soaking the whole bathroom since there is no seal on the shower.

the check in was fine.. used the app, but there was a girl at the reception who looked after me..car park for motorbike was 9 euro per night which was fine.. garage just around the corner .. can't ask for a better location overall very good

very small room..no natural light... the shower went from hot to cold constantly...

The staff was really nice and the location was incredible. Right next to the Plaza Mayor and all the local restaurants and bars were just a two minute walk away.

We did not have hot water, our beds were uncomfortable, our AC system didn’t work.

The room could had been bigger and more comfortable. The buffet breakfast less expensive and more than the few items included.

We were assigned a room that was beyond filthy( 122 ), the sheets were dirty, the paint in the bathroom was falling off the wall and the chair I couldn’t believe it. It’s a cheap hotel but cheap doesn’t mean that it has to be dirty and disgusting. We didn’t stay the night that we had payed in advance and moved to another hotel, of course we probably won’t get a refund . We arrived pretty late when there was no one at the reception so couldn’t complain at the time. To summarize, I’m sure there are many other options in Salamanca, don’t waste your money on this one. Is disrespectful to appoint a room like this one.
