    Pros +

    • Private parking garage downstairs, comfortable bed, nice food in restaurant and good staff in restaurant.
    • The convenience, friendly staff and pet friendly.
    • pool, spa, distance from city center, breakfast, reasonable price per value.

    Cons -

    • Stupid pet friendly rules: in restaurant it’s possible with pet, but in breakfast - not possible. However- it’s absolutely same process. I don’t need to take a food with dog in my hand. Just sit somewhere far away from kitchen- totally rejected. But with kids who behave themselves like pigs - welcome
    • The beds and pillows can use an upgrade.
    • air conditioner didn't work properly, staff said it would be resolved at night but didn't happen. lobby was nice & chill, rooms warm even at night.beds not too comfortable, but not bad.

Excellent breakfast, great place and great value.

WE did not have time to play golf !!

We had a junior suite. Worth every penny. Large room, big and comfortable bed, sofa, 2 chairs, table, good bathroom with a clever design.Dog friendly if you stick to the atrium restaurant for dinner and breakfast which we did. Both were excellent and they even provided gluten-free bread with our Express breakfast (coffee, orange juice and tostada).

    Everything was wonderful.

Fabulous hotel, beautiful Interior and exceptional room. Amazing meal in the restaurant and lovely helpful staff.

    We liked everything!

Huge suite, spotless and immaculate. Very easy to locate, spacious and modern spa hotel with all the facilities you would expect for an exceptionally low price. The food in the restaurant was superb.

Apart from the long walk from the lift to the suite, very little.

Spacious rooms across the whole hotel. Pleasant mostly English speaking staff. Restaurant very good. Marked as a place to visit again when travelling through Spain.

It was amazing for travelling with dogs! They really cared and the rooms were more than perfect for accommodating us.

Spa closed at 7:30pm and didn't open until 11am which meant we missed out. Would have been nice to have a swim before breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. Decorated in a classic style. Good wood trim and onyx. We were with a dog and we were given one of the rooms with a huge shared balcony for walking dogs with a wonderful view. Good varied breakfast. Comfortable beds.

tHE EVEING MEAL WAS REALLY GOOD AND SUITED GENERAL EUROPEAN TASTES, BUT STILL VERY SPANNISH!

I would have preferred a closed off area for my dog and not a general promenade

    10JacquelinePosted on: 4-9-2025

There was nothing to dislike — it’s a beautiful hotel. We brought our dog, and the pet-friendly rooms are more like suites, complete with a spacious balcony that runs the length of the building. It was lovely sitting out there in the afternoon sun. The food in the restaurant is very good. The area is remote, with only houses and the golf course within walking distance, so don’t expect bars, restaurants, or shops nearby — but that peacefulness is part of the charm.

Travelling with a dog can be stressful, many establishments accept but don't 'welcome' this went far and beyond that, firstly informed was on a special floor for dogs....went to the room - was Junior Suite! couldn't believe the facilities and size, so clean and then....to be able to step out onto a long terrace for the dogs to exercise was amazing!

ok if you push me could have had a kettle in the room for tea / coffee but that would not put me off going there again and yes I'm British so always like a cuppa!

    10JamesPosted on: 4-1-2025

Very attentive staff with good English language skills. Great Breakfast. Large desk in room ideal for working.

Good location as a stopover on a long journey. Spacious room and a good breakfast selection.

Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Room was very hot.

    Never again

The room was not as described on Booking .comWhen I mentioned to the receptionist she was very rude and simply did not acknowledge our complaint. No double bed with single bed as booked!25 euros to use the spa which was fully booked so could not use anyway.Beds like wooden planksHORRIBLE HOTEL

a well appointed hotel with large comfortable rooms.

reception staff very distracted at check in. claimed the hotel was full. it clearly was anything but full. room service food was poor quality and over priced for what it was.

    7KristienPosted on: 12-4-2024

Perfect location off the motorway and near to Salamanca. Thought it was a historic building but it seems that this is a newly built hotel. Huge hotel so it takes forever to find your room ? but ten again the room was also huge. Dog had a mat, a toy, a bowl.

Breakfast area was not inviting and the food was mediocre. Decor of the room was a bit old fashioned, but some people may love it.

    8JuliaPosted on: 11-30-2024

Clean, good location travelling through. Good value but I know prices vary massively- super cheap at end of November but wouldn’t want to pay July prices ! Good food , dog friendly.

No water in room, no kettle,
