We liked everything.Well run,great location,great staff.

Bathroom,could be a bit tricky for a 70 year old to balance yourself while dispensing shampoo and getting used to handles,etc.

Location. Staff. Spacious room. Comfortable beds.

The location was near tours we wanted to take. Restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance. We needed a laundromat and that was within a 10 minute walk. The shower was good.

We had an electric kettle, but no coffee or cream. How I wish hotels would go back to offering bar soap instead of liquid soap. Breakfast was OK. Hot selections were limited. The hotel staff spoke limited english, but we managed to communicate our needs.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, huge nice bathroom, big window that open although not much of a view. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage. Clean and comfortable, walkable distance to almost anything in town.

We declined breakfast as we had to leave before it opened and a bit expensive. Would have liked a little more lighting.

All good; it's a corporate chain hotel, with certain touches of elegance.

Perfect location, excellent car parking (with elevator for the car) and very friendly staff.The staff speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful.It is easy to easy to reach the hotel by car, although it is in the beautiful old center of Salamanca.

For the price, it very much exceeded our expectations, but having a swimming pool and/or gym would make it even better.

Location is wonderful; the rooms are very spacious for Europe. The lobby and the reception are very comfortable. The bathroom was large, clean and well equipped.

Nice clean rooms and generally courteous staff.

No gym, no pool, not much besides nice rooms. Also the parking was 15 bucks for the night on top of a relatively pricey room that did not include breakfast (another 13 euros per person).

Very elegant. Large rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator in room. Quiet location, 10 minute walk to plaza. Garage is very secure.

On the site it said it had a restaurant but when we got there they had shut their restaurant, there wasn’t even a bar…..we were charged for parking….having to get your car in and out of a lift is not easy….

Very comfy bed, clean, nice large space. Good breakfast. Great location!

lift for the private parking is a bit narrow for a big carunfortunately, no dinner at the hotel.

Everything was perfect and comfortable for me,location,breakfast, Staff excellent, especially the reception team Helpful with all my needs and questions.

No bar or restaurant in the hotel ,and no tea and coffee facilites in the room or when arriving back at the hotel.
