Location was great for walking around the historic center. Staff was very helpful for mapping out things to do and with dinner recommendations.

was pricey for the location but was a high quality hotel and I stayed during the annual city festival

Excellent location. Property has character. Room was very nice. Great shower. Lovely terrace to sit and enjoy a drink. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Extremely strong odor from the scent diffusers that stung my eyes and caused me to cough. It’s so strong it wafts out the front door onto the terrace.

The staff is very good. The hotel is in a good position but difficult to get to. More should be explained to the clients when reserving.

Very nice hotel in the center of Salamanca. Ask for a room with the view to the convent! It is amazing

The bathrooms are still ok but it is time for a complete renewal.

Parking little far if you have suv car to park and my room was near garage door it was little noisy

The Place was absolutely Beautiful in the Heart of town, and the staff did something unexpected and surly appreciated,it was our Anniversary and they left Us an unexpected treat in our room, oh and the Breakfast Bar was out of this World.

At check out the Man at the desk asking if I'd paid for water was a bit direct because My Husband needed water for His lifesaving pills, but everything else was perfect

Amazing hotel. Stunning and location was superb. Short walk to town square. Our Room, the service and breakfast were exceptional. Exceeded our expectations for the price. A wow!

Only complaint-our toilet was very close to a wall - this was a challenge for my tall husband and son.

We loved sipping on a "vermut" on the hotels patio overlooking the square and monuments.

The bathroom was poorly cleaned. There were bugs in our room. The parking fee was too high.

Centrally located, nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. A very nice hotel. Breakfast was also spectacular. Gym was small but very usable!

Close to everything, lobby smells like rich woods and mahoganies…..I would chillax on the outside bar for a great view of Conveno De Esteban…

I cannot think of anything at the moment! I was left to chill, I came and went and the lobby was peaceful with water to sip!

Location was very good, room beautiful and the breakfast delicious.But, the most amazing thing was the stuff, especially Roberto, such a warm and helpful person.I'm sorry to say, mbut my wallet was stolen new Plaza Mayor. Roberto directed us to the police station and tried very hard to make us forget about the incident.Please congratulate him for being such a good person.

Excellent location in city center. Covered parking. Help staff. Room had a view on the cathedral. Small but cosy room.

The service was really good, the team went above and beyond to get me a good room as i was first placed in a room with only a skylight window. They parked my car and were really service oriented.

First, A/C systems that turn off or stop cooking in the middle of the night should not be in luxury hotels like this one. Second, the rooms with only skylight windows should be marketed desperately so one knows that is what one is booking.
