Staff was extra helpful, nice and kind, rooms were clean and cozy, food was nice also. Bar staff were very considerate and proactive, worked hard and clearly knew their trade, it was open for most of the day

only thing the shower wasnt properly isolated and water poured all over the bathroom after every shower, maybe a few more towels could have helped contain the mess, of an otherwise very satisfying shower with amazing soaps

Great hotel, it's on the outskirts (which I wanted for a road trip) but is super easy to get into the centre c.€10 each way.

It’s 10 minutes drive to Salamanca. Parking is free. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Excelente el staff, comodidad y limpieza

Situated in an industrial area with free street parking, some outdoor stalls and a garage, the hotel had comfortable beds which suited our needs for a quiet place to spend the night on our way to Lisbon. Staff was friendly and helpful providing instructions to the center of town.

There were no places to eat within walking distance aside from the hotel restaurant. This wasn't an issue for us since we were trying to find a place to stay with free parking.

I have returned to this hotel many times over the years when travelling through Spain. I am a quite elderly solo traveller ( 80) and I am very thankful for the kindness they show. A genuine hotel policy from top to bottom of wanting to make every traveller’s stay seamless. I have noticed many other travellers joining the ‘return club’ . The hotel is efficient , staff are polite and helpful and the menu ( breakfast and dinner) is good value for money. ( I suppose lunch is also good value but cannot witness this)

The location was ok.

AC was broken, could not stay in the room in the afternoon. Staff said that there was nothing wrong, but I know enough about AC systems to know they were lying to me.

Location is 10 minutes to the old town by car and in the edge of the industrial area. Convenient and quiet at night. Can see sunrise and sunset from window edges. Restaurant offer good value daily menu set weekdays. The food are very good!

No gym. Dinner start at 8 pm.

It was practical as a stop over, close to the highway. The staff was very friendly

The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was very warm.

Now stop here regularly. Nice and easy to get to. Staff always friendly, polite and helpful. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and bar always clean and tidy.

Everything clean, love restaurant and grounds nicely decorated and furnish, lift to upstairs rooms and staff were amazing

Bad

The waitress in the restaurant was extremely rude, she gave us the wrong menu twice and each time came back and snatched the incorrect menu out of our hands (yes snatched or pulled). She gave our starters to someone else, she then arrived with the starters which were luke warm. I went up to tell her ,she marched down to my wife grabbed the starters from the table without a word and came back eventually with warmer ones.This waitress treated other guests the same, I went to reception to complain and they gave me an email to complain to
