The bed was a bit too soft for my taste but I like to sleep on super firm beds.

The location is fantastic. It is in the city center in close walking proximity to historical sites and lots of restaurants.

The property has a 3 guest per room rule but when you have young children/babies it makes it uncomfortable, expensive and unrealistic to have to rent a second suite.

Very friendly and helpful person at front desk. Great location for seeing the sights. With the exception of the shower stall, which could use a little deep cleaning and repair, the room was clean. Great bed.

Our room faced a public square that was quite noisy early in the morning as the restaurant and café employees set up their tables. Not good for anyone who likes to sleep late.

We were very happy with the hotel - clean, nice and in a great location! The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. We wanted to stay another night, it was easy to get to the beautiful city center!

We wanted to stay another night, but they had no vacancies - that was on us! They only have staff from 9am until 9pm at the lobby, so it would be better if they had some kind of all-night staffing, but given the security and safety of the town, it was not necessary.

Excellent location right in the heart of Salamanca. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom door in our room was a milky semi-transparent style, which for me felt a little less private.

Superb location, facilities and staff. Outstanding breakfast. Located within a two minute walk from Plaza Mayor in the elegant and calmer Plaza Libertad. The studio is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a cooktop. There are dishes and pots, and a Nespresso coffee maker as well. Two convenient supermarkets five minutes walking. Perfect!

The suite was lovely... location was superb and the rooftop terrace was a real bonus.

As in so many European cities, parking is a bit of a nightmare. Despite the hotel 's best efforts And even with a gps in the rental car finding the hotel and then the assigned parking lot was very difficult. The staff was extraordinarily helpful but check in is difficult when you can't pull up in front of the hotel to unload luggage.

The window did not have a blackout curtain and the hotel lights are bright right outside the room.

The only thing was that we weee there in VERY hot (37 degrees C) weather and I found the room to be too warm in spite of the cool water pipes in the floor. But it would have been fine if it had been even a little cooler.

The property description made it seem like parking was covered but parking is not covered. You must pay for that separately. They have a relationship with a lot of- so there is parking but you have to pay. They should be transparent about that.
