The staff was very nice and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable - everything from arranging a taxi to printing emails. It is just a short inexpensive taxi ride from Plaza Mayor.

the hotel was slightly on the outskirts. We walked to the centre of town, about 30 minutes or less as we usually like to get the exercise. There was a nearby grocery store. Parking was available. Good experience here.

There is easy access to the hotel and free parking. It is located about 1 mile from old town so it is easy to get to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is reasonably priced and had many choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

The rooms were good and clean and the staff was very friendly.

It was a bit far from downtown, the pool is sectioned off and has no bar, some of the staff didn’t speak english and the breakfast didn’t have a great variety while also having a bread heating machine that was making a terrible screeching sound all morning.

Facilities were better than expected. Rooms had a decent size, were very clean. The swimming pool was nice. It had underground free parking. Breakfast is ok.All the staff was super nice.

The rooms were right in front of a bunch of huge AC units turning on and off all night, they made A LOT of noise. It made sleeping difficult. Swimming pool only opens at 11am, right when it gets too hot to be there - there are not much shaded areas. The restaurant was okeyish, small range of dishes that tasted not great, not terrible.

The underground car park is good, feels safe (watch out for the birds living down there, they came as a bit of a shock as they flew past my face!). Pool was a good size but very very cold! Reception staff very helpful.

No pool bar, poor service in the bar, made to wait a lot. The rooms are not well sound proofed so you could hear everything from the rooms next door unfortunately.

This is the perfect hotel for a stopover while driving through Spain because of its proximity to the motorway and plenty of parking.The hotel itself is very comfortable, has a good restaurant and bar. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food on offer. Salamanca is a wonderful city to explore.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom would be great.

Really friendly and helpful check in. Room was smart and modern with nice bedding and towels etc. Good location for walk into lovely quaint town. Underground safe parking. Dinner was excellent value and nice quality. Breakfast was excellent too . Very good value for the nights stay. Highly recommended.

Both rooms facing sports grounds instead of pool. Low season.Air-conditioning inoperational in both rooms. No effort to resolve issue - suggestion: switch it off.

Completely satisfied with this hotel and will definitely return. The staff are very helpful, particularly Jessica on reception, and the hotel manager was charming. Highly recommend this hotel.
