In generale un?esperienza molto positiva. Solo qualche consiglio: la porta tra il bagno e la camera non isola molto con il risultato che tutto ci� che succede in bagno si sente distintamente in cucina. Manca poi uno spazzolone in bagno per pulire il WC

The location is wonderful. It’s right in the middle of everything. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The property isn’t very well maintained. There were open holes in the walls, the base boards were rotting and the furniture was scratched up and broken in places. The location is so perfect and the property has so much potential, but it’s falling apart.

Our room looked onto the main square. Very clean and new.

The building was old and needs restoring.

AC was not working. Shower needs renovation. Hair dryer needs to be replaced for a new and stronger one.

The shower “capsule” is a little bit small for big guy like me. I understand the need to limit the moisture but it should be stated clearly in description.

Washroom door was not actually a proper door. Did not mind this time but if I go with my kids or a friend I wont be comfortable.

The a/c would not go lower than 24 c. The room was warm. This also happened at one of your over locations in Seville, Spain. It might be a common practice.

Location was absolutely perfect. Veronica was very helpful throughout our stay and made sure that everything was perfect.

We decided to stay at this hotel for an additional night. Our A/C unit was not working properly, we did notify the young man in the front desk and he stated he would have maintenance staff check it out. During our second night, we noticed it was still not working properly, therefore, we slept in a warm room.

Location and Breakfast were excellent

Size of the room was more for one person than two. View was bad, but we understand, the only thing is that if we open the windows during sleep, it's a bit noisy because of air conditioning. Some parts of paint were a bit out in the bathroom and wooden parts in the bathroom are not the best idea, they get very quick damaged.

First of all, I would return. They staff are awesome, cleanerswere as well. The location is fantastic.

This part of the review is for the Sercotel Corporate Powers That Be.Everyone understands wear and tear. Scuff marks on baseboards from feet and luggage.However, cracked, misapplied paint, load-bearimg hallway side panels bursting at their seams, loose shower hardware, bathroom baseboards under the sink, where luggage and feet cannot strike, are missing paint. Breakfast meats are not kept hot (sausage links cold to the touch). Again, this is all directed to corporate. The local team can only do so much with what resources are allocated to them.

The really loud Americans who woke me up in the middle of the night as they were partying next door. I called reception and the staff called and they quieted down but I didn’t sleep well. The walls are thin and - it seemed like there were too many people in there.

Somewhat noisy with other guests that had children, We stayed 3 days, it would’ve been nice to have drawers for my clothes, I had to leave them in my suitcase that was on the floor.Not enough closet space

Building needs maintenance work mainly on walls in rooms and corridors.It's in a superb location and the bed was really comfortable.
