Great location, very central but quiet at night. Good sized room, clean and modern.

We alerted the hotel ahead that we were bringing our very small dog. Website stated cost was ¿10/night but when we checked out we were told it was ¿20 and we had to pay it despite what their website said. The receptionist was rude, impatient & unpleasan

The view from my room pointed to a significantly deteriorated area inside the building, with no skylight. That wasn't very pleasant.

It would be difficult to find a more central location to the city. We were able to walk to the hotel from the train station and it was steps away from the Plaza Mayor.

Near the Plaza Mayor so a great location.The room was spacious and well equipped. Really comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Straight forward dropping off luggage and then taking the car to the recommend car park.

There was a continuous high pitched sound (not loud) that I believe was from the central ventilation that bothered us a bit when trying to sleep. Also continental breakfast’s should have more options, such as pancakes, omelets or poached eggs on the menu

Being told I'd have a taxi waiting to take me to bus station for bus to madrid airport at 5amNo taxi waiting so missed bus had to pay 365 euros for taxi to airport or would miss flightNot all reception staff tell you same thing as staff member on morning told me they don't book taxis

The room temperature was very hot.The receptionist was not very friendly.There is no parking and you have to pay $16 at a public parking place. On the weekends it is hard to find parking anywhere.

Parking is 7 mins walk from hotel with no drop off, so had long walk with our luggage after driving over 500 miles to get there from Bordeaux.

We stay here regular, best location in Salamanca. Parking nearby . Well appointed. Nice breakfast.

It’s new and modern.

The location is next to Plaza Mayor, but it also makes it inconvenient for vehicles to enter and exit.They didn't tell me the extra charge for pets when I checked in, my puppy was staying in a cage the whole time and hardly walked around in the room freely. But when I checked out, I was asked to pay a cleaning fee of 20eur per night, which I think is unfair.
