Friendly. Great breakfast. Location reasonable to train station.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful when they were able. When our room wasn't getting cool enough they first offered us another room (which had the same cooling issue) and then provided us with a fan to help.

We had a lot of issues with the key cards the first 36 hours. Every time we left the room for more than a few hours, the key cards would reset and we'd have to ask the front desk to make us new ones. Also the air con wasn't good so it was quite warm in the room at night but it was helpful to have the fan that the front desk provided, especially on the days when the temperature was extra high. The parking garage is exceptionally small and narrow, even for Spain. Finally, there was mold in the bathroom. To be fair, we didn't complain about the mold while we were there, and I'm sure they would have addressed it if we had, but I feel like mold was just the icing on the cake of a well-staffed but still missing the mark property.

It's a good location, near a beautiful park. If you have a dog it's great to walk in the park. They also have a parking garage.

The bed mattress was a bit old, you could tell it was due to be replaced. It was hard and sagged in the middle.

Parking was a desaster. Quite nice to offer such a service, but then the location was too small, with high risk because of the too small parking spaces. In our case we could only leave the car by climbing to the passenger seat.

the early breakfast is quite convenient for working.Very quiet rooms. I can sleep with the window open.

There were the child bed open instead the desk which was necessary for working. It took time to fold the bed to get the desk configuration.

Great location to break our journey south.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We liked the secure parking and the chance to have our pet cat with us.

Very convenient hotel at a good price. The shower was excellent.

The rooms were too hot and the air conditioning wasn't working but we were too tired to go down to tell reception.

WiFi was very good. The hotel has parking facillities right below.

At the second breakfast, there was bread that wasn't fresh. In this hotel, dogs are welcome, which is something we hadn't expected and generally don't appreciate. Therefore we would not stay in this hotel a second time and we cannot recommend this hotel to people that prefer a dog-free hotel.

Location, nice view. Clean and simple facilities. Nice bar and lounge. Accessibility for the impaired. Staff were fantastic. Underground secure parking.

good location. warm service. nice breakfast.we arrived almost midnight, and the receptionist was still there waiting for us. has its own parking space with resonable charge.
