Great location; friendly staff

Room was small - we had requested double bed and got 2 twice an instead; and our friend gad ti change room because if a sewer gas smell.

The staff was very polite and informed. Extra clean. A decent value for money stay.

Very thin walls. One night the lady next doors had a hangover...we could hear every second of her recovery.

The staff was in a bad mood when we arrived at Check-in and the cover pillow was dirty with no possibility to request to change

Check in process was super easy. We were able to get keys through the phone which made it very convenient. The room was very pleasant and the bed was really comfortable.

The only issue was finding parking, however that is typical for any city. There was a parking garage close to the hotel, which was convenient enough!

The girl at reception was very kind and helpful. The staff arrive in the morning, so we were able to leave our bags there while the room as prepared. The location is excellent, very convenient to everything-parks, the city center, and short walk to the train station. Some good coffee places nearby as well. I thought it was very good value for the money-clean, comfortable, good shower, quiet, AC worked well, elevator so no need to carry bags up stairs.

Good location, super friendly staff, convenient parking garages. Price was great for what you got.

we have a room facing an inner lightwell, so there was not really a view. We could also hear other guests quite clearly, especally younger groups. We only used the room for sleeping, so the lack of view did not bother us, and the noise was not a dealbreaker - it is not really something the hotel can control.

Good bed, spacious room.

Breakfast was simple spanish breakfast in a nearby bar, not a buffet. This was ok but not great. But the real pain was the noise from Gran Via (the street) at night. There are traffic lights just there by the hotel, and soundproofing is not very good. I was greatly bothered by this, could not sleep - and I am half deaf! I had to move another hotel because of the noise. I did get most of my money back, but it took 2 calls to booking.com customer service, hotel was unable to help as it was fully booked.

The hotel room was exactly what you need for a low-key stay. Check in was easy and everything in the room was high quality. It was no frills, but everything was great quality! The location was also perfect. It was in walking distance of everything. Great price, great location, great facilities. Would definitely stay again!

It had a balcony, it was clean and a great location.

The room was extremely small and had no character. With 2 people it was very inconvenient to even move throughout the room. The pillows were too hard and I had to take another shower to be able to wash my face as the sink was too small. We slept quite badly mainly due to the noise in the hallway of people coming back from going out. The price we paid was absolutely not worth it.

The staff were very helpful, changed our room since the previous guests had smoked in the room and it smelled. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, places to hang and store clothes.

Close enough to go to typical tourist destinations, supermarkets, and lively bars for having a drink after meals. I stayed a very clean room. The receptionist helped me to leave my suitcase for a while before my train.

Nothing major, but a small thing. It could be only applicable to the room I stayed, but a slight sewage smell came out from the toilet when I came back to my room. It went after I opened my window and/or took a shower.
