It’s historic nature, its beauty. The staff was excellent: very friendly and professional. The food was extraordinary.

The room was wonderful; and extremely high quality and very reasonable priced.

Very friendly staff, meeting us at the car park and helping with luggage, beautiful room with a view. Dinner in the Hotel was amazing, not cheap but very good quality for the money. Location perfect to explore the town.

Going to the room and back outside was quite a long walk.

Ask if an outdoor event is scheduled if you have a room looking out over the patio area where the event is being held as it is pretty loud.

We enjoyed the historic location of the hotel, inside a very old convent. The staff at the front desk were attentive, breakfast was good also.

Sorry to say this, but for me, this property isn't a 5 star hotel. It's a nice 4 star, located in a historic building. There was no spa, nor gym. The outdoor pool was closed. There was 1 waiter for about 12 guests that were trying to order something at the bar in the evening. The building is very old sure, but you could feel & hear a waterfall of water right by your head in the middle of the night everytime someone flushed the toilet. Windows were also very thin, could hear everything outside. At the end of the day you book a 5 star to get a good night's sleep, not to wake up every 5 minutes from a toilet flushing.

Great location right next to the church of San Esteban and near La Plaza of the city. Easy to get to if you’re driving and parking isn’t bad. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of variety.

It is situated is a great area in the old town and very close to the major attractions. The rooms were very nice.

The pool was a little small and could use and an update. Paint was peeling.

An exquisite building with really lovely welcoming staff and excellent food. The view from the pool up to the cathedral was stunning. Highly recommend. The rooms were cool and spotless and the beds super comfortable.

The property is in an excellent location and is charming in every way. Very nice rooms, lobby, and restaurant.

I’m not a fan of the obscure glass bathroom doors. I’m an early riser and there’s no way to keep the room dark for my sleeping wife when I’m in there with the lights on.

This place is a real gem. The large room had the old world decor inside: Stone and wood. The property is a 10-15mi walk to the Cathedral, Plaza Major and other attractions within walking distance. Parking is available at the property. The staff was always attentive and helpful.

Lovely experience, beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms. Parking onsite was a huge help, as was the easy walk into the centre. Room had a fabulous view of the cathedral. Breakfast selection was plentiful especially enjoyed the hot menu for food which was fresh cooked. After a day of visiting the wonderful sites, a reviving hot chocolate at the Cafe Novelty in the fabulous Plaza Mayor

Lovely calm, quiet hotel, away from crowds and noisy roads. Room was lovely and had large windows that fully opened over a pretty courtyard, with solid shutters. Breakfast excellent, all the staff were lovely, especially the cleaners who were so friendly and kept the place spotless.
