Clean very big room and nice bath

We liked the room for its generous size, cleanliness and great view of the university from our window. Breakfast was the best we have experienced at a hotel.

We loved the hotel, so much so that we stayed in other locations. Was a bit out of the way. Close to parking garages. They charge 20 euros to park at their location

One of my favorite hotels ever. The location, the room, the staff, the breakfast was simply amazing. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. The room was large, the bathroom was perfect. About a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. In the heart of the city. Just like everywhere else in Spain, the people are sweet and generous.

We enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet. Good variety and a very peaceful setting in the dining area.

the location, although a little difficult to find, is exceptionally good, just a few steps removed from the cathedral. the room was spacious and beds comfortable, excellent bathroom.. just a really good hotel for a nice price..

there were no downsides to this hotel, maybe the entrance to the garage was a little difficult to find, but we did in the end..

Great location, parking on site, spacious rooms and great breakfast. Loved this hotel. Late checkout options available too!

If I had to mention something probably would be to ask to access parking first, to unload your luggage.

Parking lot was difficult to find and not suitable for larger cars (small SUV) and hotel+parking were rather expensive.

Staff professional and personable. Room was fantastic. View incredible. This will be my home away from home when I travel to Salamanca.

Only a few that Ive stayed at a hotel and I can say there was nothing I did not like.

A short walk to all the attractions. This hotel is great but it’s large, a bit impersonal and a little dated. Our room, which was meant to have a great view, required us to go out on the balcony to the right to find it! The onsite parking was excellent and secure.

Location, staff and cleanliness all great. Our issue- a big one- is the ability to sleep. Staying in a warm spell in April, the rooms were very hot, and the air conditioning was not available. The alternative was to have the window open all night, with the roar of the heating system outside a constant. Nobody ( there were 4) had good sleep during our 4 nights stay. The first night they said we just had to switch AC on- I tried. I wrestled in the night. It made it hotter still. The second night they said no, no air-conditioning at this time of year. So does this mean one should not stay in this hotel until it's summer and the air-conditioning will be working? I'd like an answer to this. And how about a consistent response from the staff- was the air-conditioning available and we too stupid to work it, or was it off because it was still 'winter'?

We would highly recommend the hotel, which exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet part of the beautiful city of Salamanca, but within easy walking distance of the centre. It is spacious and well designed, with well proportioned and comfortable rooms. We appreciated having a small writing table, with two comfortable chairs from which to enjoy a stunning view of the cathedral and surroundings. Noise insulation was good, with good quality curtains.Staff were helpful and welcoming, often going above and beyond role expectations to make us feel at home. The restaurant and bar provided a good service and delicious cuisine.

We arrived to find that our reservation 'had been cancelled', probably by Booking.com. However, this was swiftly rectified, without fuss, and did not mar our stay.

Everything was amazing. Especially the kindness of the staff.

The only bad thing I could say, is that the breakfast was quite expensive, but regardless very tasty and fresh.

When bath was emptied it flooded the bathroom!!

Beautiful hotel, lovely clean and well appointed room, friendly helpful reception and restaurant staff. Wished we were staying longer. Highly recommend

We were visiting our daughter who is studying in Salamanca and the location was fabulous. Short walk to Plaza Major, shops, cafes. The rooms were immaculate and the shower was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
