Eunice Hotel Gastronómico

The hotel itself is very nice, the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Super friendly staff who also gave us very detailed suggestions to explore the city as 1st time visitors. Very convenient location with valet parking and relatively low cost for 1 day parking. Breakfast experience was great. Hotel restaurant was also very nice.

Room didn't have a big mirror, besides the bathroom one.

This hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable, luxurious. Great location, great shower, superb breakfast. It is beautifully furnished but not stuffy, and the staff is professional but warm.

The breakfast was good, nice service

The Hotel has changed our room type with no warning, just saying that it will work better for us as street view room is noisy. We would still prefer street view and would appreciate if the staff notify us about the change during check in. The Hotel puts air-freshener in the lobby, the smell is too strong and takes away a luxury feel.

Beautifully decorated with comfortable rooms and beds. The staff is very kind with a pleasant and welcoming attitude. Everything was clean and the architecture of the hotel itself is lovely.

I thought that it was dishonest that they added on a €50 supplemental charge for having a dog when this was not noted on booking. Also, parking is not free even though it seemed like it was from the booking page. Finally, the breakfast was nothing particularly special and I actually preferred the breakfast buffet at the other five star hotel in Salamanca, the Palacio Esteban

Breakfast was delicious and the location was central and you could walk everywhere but not easy with your own car because they are located on a plaza that is not a normal street to drive on. The courtyard was pretty as were the rooms. The beds were very comfortable.

The bed and breakfast is pretty however if they put you in the back building above the kitchen you will not sleep. All night long there is a sound that goes off every few minutes like a fog horn. The hotel knows it and when we told them we could not sleep they changed the room and acknowledged that there is a problem with that room! We also didn’t have hot water. Hello then why put people in that room when you know you have a problem. Nothing was offered to help with the fact that we lost 1 day of vacation and got zero sleep. Also the parking garage the hotel uses is awful. I am dealing with damage to my rental car from them trying to fit too many car into a tiny garage. The staff is friendly but young and inexperienced. There is no bell man to help you with your luggage, yes the 20 + year old female at the front desk will help but with big bags that doesn’t make sense. We could not sit and have wine in the courtyard as they had no red wine, only 1 white and the rose you had to buy a bottle. Sad because the courtyard is beautiful.

The breakfast is a whole experience. The hotel is super nice and the rooms are elegant and confortable at the same time. It's a 5 star Hotel! The staff was so nice and attentive!

Close location to everything we wanted in Salamanca. The Plaza Mayor was steps away, the university was nearby as were the two cathedrals. The staff was amazingly helpful in every way. Of course the breakfast was an experience in itself.

Everything , the reviews don't do it justice. The people were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, up to date with the latest facilities, the food was fabulous. The whole hotel stay was worth double the room rate for the quality. Stayed two nights and ate in their restaurant outside, wonderful.

Historic, quiet, and thoughtful. For example, they pulled awnings and drapes at the right time of day to keep the room cool and allow us to sit on the terrace. The customer service from their multinational staff was excellent, in Spanish and English. When we decided to pull the plug on a wineries tour in Zamora, they offered us an alternative: a tasting tour of Spain at a local wine shop. It was incredible, with a knowledgeable host who curated the experience perfectly. This was all at the initiative of hotel staff. This team really goes above and beyond!

This amazing boutique hotel is phenomenal. The staff are amazing, the level of service is the best we have experienced in over 10 years. The location is centrally located and just a very short walk from Plaza Mayor. Breakfast and dinner are an amazing experience in Spanish gastronomy. They are flexible with your needs. The inner courtyard is warm and welcoming, and a great place to relax in the late afternoon, and before dinner. Highly recommend a weekend stay to an entire week. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely love this hotel. We will be back!

Very kind, helpful, welcoming staff. Laura was the best. She went over and above by assisting us in navigating to the parking garage when streets were blocked due to construction.

Excellent service from all staff. Breakfast was wonderful with real detail to produce and presentation. I am a real foodie and you can tell the owner of the hotel is also. The fine detail makes this hotel stand out. Our dog was made to feel extremely welcome. This alone is not easy to find in a quality hotel like this. I would not hesitate to not only stay again but to recommend to friends. We ate at bamboo which is also owned by the hotel. Wow ….. the food was exceptional. We sat by the bbq area and just watched the chef preparing and serving the food with professionalism and care.
