Great location, friendly staff, good value. I would stay there again.

Great location, clean room with 3 twin beds, which was perfect for our group. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful, giving us a map with marked suggestions. Great value.

Location was excellent. The room was super clean.

There was nobody at the hotel when we got there so we had to call to have someone check us in.Having written that, they had sent a message to call 30 minutes before arrival and we failed to do that.

Room size was good, and location was great. Was right in city center, and could walk to anything I needed.

No onsite parking.

The location (assuming you want to be in the central location where you will get screaming from partygoers till 5 or 6 AM) is good.

The floors were pretty dirty and the staff did not respond to messages. There was no air condition or fans and it was VERY hot.

Great location. Very close to the Plaza Mayor and a short walk to most of the historic buildings of Salamanca. Plenty of restaurants and cages nearby. The hotel has a nice comfortable sitting room overlooking the street below.

The room had a musty smell. We came back in the evening of our 2nd day and found the bathroom floor soaking wet and discovered a leak and water coming in from the ceiling probably caused by the room on the floor above. We reported it to the front desk and they provided extra towels but no offer to move us to another room.

Good for its price. Close to Plaza Mayor.

Showerhead could be better, Corridor lights are off when not in use, Elevator drops a little bit before opening

We loved the location and the overall condition of the room. We also liked very much the staff, they were very thoughtful and kind.

We didn't like the AC system, it worked automatically and we couldn't do anything about it, there were times when the room was too hot to be comfortable inside

Amazing location right next to the main plaza! Good value for the price. Staff was helpful when I left someone in my room after checking out.

The staff is there very few hours (physically, always available over the phone), which makes assistance difficult if there are problems. This probably helps contributes to the lower price though!

Close to city center. Had two rooms. One receptionist was very nice. The others barely said anything. It was pretty clean.

Humid and lack of ventilation in the room made it smell a bit. No hotpot or coffee in the whole hotel. Reception closes and no one is there if you lose your key card you can’t get in .

Very central to all you need! Comfy beds, and room is clean and tidy. Great place to rest when exploring Salamanca!!

The lady on reception was very friendly and although we had been in the city before she wanted to help. She actually let us in ahead of check-in as we called her on arrival.

It really was very noisy outside all night - I guess students and party goers. It was a one night stop and early start, so it didn't matter that match.

Great location,,next to the main square. Fabulous room, plenty of space,cupboards. Clean. Staff friendly. Good value.

The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main attractions

The hotel was locked even at 3pm and I had to call the hotel number for someone to check me in. She did her bare minimum and immediately went away.My floor was completely dark. If there were light switches, they were not visible. So I had to use my phone light to walk around.Air conditioner wasn’t working, the room had no fan, and the windows were closed with a metal shutter, which I had to figure out how to open. I dialed 0 and also 9 on the phone in my room but no one answered. I also called the hotel number twice from my mobile phone but no one picked up. So I had to sleep with window open. But that brought in mosquitoes and noise from people and vehicles even at 2:00AM.There have enough open space but do not allow luggage hold. The staff has no empathy or information or smiles, and told me to drag my suitcases with me as I went sightseeing. My friends stayed at Hostal Barcelona, where the staff let them hold the luggage and was very friendly.

Location was exceptional - just a block from Plaza Mayor, and a short walk to so much more. All we needed from a hotel room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff.

We had no electricity to any plug socket. Couldn't charge phone. Watch TV. Dry hair. Also asked for WiFi code and was told the restaurant next door had it but the restaurant was closed. Very noisy all night due to night club. We didn't stay for our 2nd night.
