- We were only in Salamanca for 1 night so we didn't take full advantage of the hotel's facilities, but our 1 night was wonderful. We were greeted with welcome cookies, complimentary water and coffee in the room, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was spa like. The location was perfect for walking to all the sights and we slept like babies when we got back to our room. We would definitely stay again and recommend.
- A lovely little hotel with an unbeatable location, very attentive staff, comfortable, well-appointed rooms, and even a pretty good restaurant downstairs. Highly recommended.

- No complaints. (The room numbering system was weird, but whatever.)

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It's just out of the hustle and bustle of the main part of old town, but close enough to walk to everything. The hotel design is stunning. Very high class and old world. The rooms are large and furnished nicely. The windows/patio doors had great sound proofing. Very quiet even with the cars and people passing by on the street. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming with a comfortable library room with several seating options. Breakfast was delicious and varied, so many options. The waitstaff was especially friendly and accommodating.
No complaints. (The room numbering system was weird, but whatever.)
The room layout and bathroom with 2 sinks was helpful with getting ready in the morning. Had all the amenities needed and more including a shoe horn, shaving kit. The location was perfect near all the historic sites
Everything was perfect
Room, breakfast, parking, location all excellent
Spa and massage terrible
Everything! The staff, location and food were exceptional!
Great building in the heart of everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. This is a steal for the rate they charge. For that level, we paid twice that much. Breakfast was fabulously over the top. So, so worth it!
Friendly, professional, helpful staff. Private spa.
Lovely building, excellent service and staff but pricey compared to other accommodation. Spa was really good.
Beautiful historic property in the heart of Salamanca. Very helpful and friendly staff, large and comfortable room, and nice breakfast.
Ideal location in the old town. Easy walk to all the attractions and sites. Loads of bars and restaurants close by. We parked the car easily in front of the hotel and the staff parked it for us. We didn't need the car during our stay as everything was an easy walk.
Whilst the room was beautifully decorated we had no room to open our suitcases (and we booked Superior Double)
Great location very close to the historic city centre. There was parking nearby -€19 per day. The hotel has been extensively modernised but done with taste and style. Our room was comfortable with a spa bath and shower.
Our room had no view at all and only two small Velux windows. For this price we expected more. The restaurant was a huge disappointment. We were put in a small cold and gloomy room with only three tables. The menu was limited, the food poorly cooked and presented. For Spain the wine list was expensive. We were the only customers. I felt sorry for the friendly and efficient waitress. However there are three great restaurants within fifty metres.
The hotel seemed very well run, was very clean, in a great location. Our room was lovely and very comfortable.
We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant, we asked for our meat to be ‘well done’ and it was raw, unfortunately this was inedible for us. The hotel staff were apologetic but seemed not really bothered.
A lovely stylish and quiet hotel and well appointed. Good size room and very comfortable. Excellent and plentiful breakfast.
The small touches- chocolates on our bed at night- ala carte breakfast - heated stone to serve toast- a cloth beside our bed at night to keep our feet clean before bed. Luxury

Beautiful building . Room had everything for a pleasant stay . Good valet service.
Breakfast wasn't up to 5 star standards in our opinion .
We loved everything about this hotel and will return! Location, parking, bar, room service, spa, seating areas, staff, beds, bathrooms.
Nothing we did not like.
Location was excellent, fabulous view and so easy to find by car. Parking availability was a bonus!
