Overall great hotel and staff. The location is a bit far to the old town with a 15-20 minute walk.

Very stylish and pleasant hotel with free parking and a short walk into town. The room was large and clean and the bed comfortable.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The view ! And Thanks for letting me put my motorcycle in the garage !!

This hotel, although not exactly in the center of town, is close enough that we walked all of the time we were there. The views of the Cathedral are great and a wonderful stay after a long trip and a vey long travel day.

Staff could have been more attentive and given prompter service in the cafeteria.

The Parador was much nicer than we expected from the pictures of the building. We had a spacious and comfortable room with an amazing view of the city. It was a pleasant walk into the centre across Puente Romano and nice to have easy parking and no need to use the car. The swimming pool was good, and luckily it was still open. (It closes in mid-September).

Breakfast was good but very expensive.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views in an excellent location. Good food, friendly staff, we wish we’d had more time to stay longer. We will definitely return!

Great location within walking distance from Roman Bridge and Cathedral. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Breakfast great with choice of cooked items. Nice to be able to open window for fresh air.

Air con only heating no cooling facility. Room was very hot but being able to open window was helpful in controlling room temperature

Good parking and easy location to walk to the city. Also had great view of the city. Nice big room and bathroom.

Large extremely comfortable hotel with extremely spacious rooms. Not a huge amount of character but was perfect for us after a long ride on motorbikes. Parking onsite

Breakfast was great

Aircon could have been on. But doesn't get turned on until later in year.Had to open window as it was 25deg in bedroom. Then got bitten to death. Breakfast was chaotic.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional.

In part we picked this hotel as it had a gym. However the hours it was available (apparently limited as too close to bedrooms) and the fact you had to book it for your room only meant we did not use it. The building and grounds are enormous so it is disappointing that they are not really committed to providing this facility. Although spacious and comfortable the rooms were drab and jaded. A bit of re-upholstery, some new curtains and nice pictures could make the rooms much more modern.

Staff were excellent. We had problems with heating and shower in our room and they upgraded us to an amazing suite. So helpful.Disliked cold soulless bar/cafeteria and restaurant
