Room was large, bed was comfortable, quiet, great location, convenient parking, big breakfast

Excellent location right in the centre. Friendly & Professional staff with good knowledge of English and super kind to explain you the activities in the city. Breakfast tip top. In other words: a hidden gem.- actually I should not make too much publicity for this hotel.

The location was perfect for walking around the town center. The staff were excellent and rooms very comfortable. We really appreciated the underground parking with EV charging for our car. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting Salamanca

Great location. The rooms are comfortable. Great breakfast. The Plaza Major is beautiful. Visit the cathedral and climb into the pinnacles for a great view of the city. It is the home of Iberico ham. Lots more to see.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options and great and attentive staff. Loves the big soft bath towels.

The property was fine. However when I paid I was basically forced to accept the euro pound conversion rate plus a 5% fee. I complained but was told that was how it was and it was normal. I disagree. So it added to my cost. Luckily only one night but I would have been really cross if I had stayed longer with note costs.

Perfect location and friendly staff. We were able to use Disney Plus and Netflix on the TV in the room :)

The bed was a bit small for our liking, and we heard a lot of noises at night coming from the bathroom. So we didn’t have the best sleep.

We were disturbed by loud music and shouting at 3 am one night and the hotel’s attitude was ‘it’s a student town they are out late’ not our problem. We can’t have been the only people to comment on this, upgraded double glazing might help.

Big room, 24 hours reception, clean and in a very central location. Easy and safe walk from the station. In the beautiful old part of Salamanca. Very friendly staff.

Very good breakfast. Parking was available under the hotel. This property is in city center so you are right in the middle of much to do. The staff were extremely helpful.

Noisy hotel. Windows were old single pain glass with wood shutters. While the building was quite old, it was well kept. This is a college town and we stayed there Saturday and Sunday. Some rain dampened Sunday night festivities but the warm Saturday night revelry was impressive! This is not to imply negativity as most kids were quite respectful. They sang and carried on until sunrise! It was louder at 4:30 am than it was at midnight. We were aware of this fact when we booked. Ahh, to be young again…lol Hotel directions could be better to find underground parking.

The location is superb, in the heart of the old town, next to the market and near the cathedral. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a wide selection and convenient hours. The 12:00 pm checkout is very convenient, also.

As evidenced by numerous reviews, the garage door has been out of order for quite some time, meaning parking is relegated to overcrowded and tight public car parks in the vicinity. Finding a spot can be a major inconvenience. The photos online clearly depict the hotel's superior rooms, which our room certainly did not resemble, particularly in terms of the view. We were given a room overlooking the back and interior courtyards. Considering the hotel's design, it seems unlikely that many rooms offer decent views, though I didn't verify this myself.
