Tidy and great location.

Some noise from other guests, but not much at all.

The staff were so kind and attentive! The views were amazing too!!

Thin walls. You can hear a lot from other rooms. However the view makes up for it.

The hotel is in a good location. It's a short and straightforward walk from Plaza Mayor and the shopping street, Toro, is the next street along. The staff were very good and helpful. I thought that the price was excellent for the location and time of year.

The hotel is very traditional and I love the style, I think that it could with a bit of refurbishment. I felt that my head was lower than my feet when lying on the bed.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

Although the shower room was clean, with towels etc, and nice hot water, it was a bit dated and the shower was small.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very clean, and very nice staff.The room is very small but has everything needed, suitable for a solo traveller, and good for a short-staying.

The lady at the front desk in the later afternoon was very warm and friendly. Good location.

The hotel had many vacant rooms, but despite arriving at 1 PM, the man at the front desk refused to allow check-in and insisted on waiting until 2 PM. Is it really necessary to be so strict? The bathroom drain had a strong and bad odor.

I stayed one night in this hotel. I had a great stay. Close to the town center... to everything. Sparkly clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

If they've could have more blankets or could be bit more warmer in the room.

Hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. Great location if you come by public transport. Public (paid) parking across the street but very busy and narrow.

Location was good and staff was nice.

Horrible hard & sagging bed & hard, uncomfortable pillows. No bath towels provided, just small hand towels. There were no black-out shades, so it was light from the street all night long, and it was horribly noisy.
